Chapter 2

Junhyung sipped his drink and looked at Haneol. "Nice outfit. Don't plan on doing anything?"

Haneol shrugged. "I want to perform, I don't care for the partying. You said you'd let Haneun and I be on stage tongiht."

"Your sister's here? Where's she?" Junhyung looked around. "It's been a while since I've seen her. Speaking of that, when will you ever have a boyfriend I can harass?"

Haneol rolled her eyes. "In due time."

"Have a drink and talk to me. The rap session doesn't start until 11pm and Hyunseung doesn't like to speak." Yoseob, who was standing next to Junhyung, offered her a drink. Hyunseung sat on a stool on the other side of the said male. "Club settings start to feel so boring nowadays."

Meanwhile, Hanuen couldn't seem to find the flow of things in the club. People were drinking and dancing around her, but she couldn't figure out what she wanted to do. Deciding not to be the oddball, she sat down at one of the bars.

"Is this seat taken?" A voice asked her. Haneun looked up to see someone smirking down at her. He reeked of alcohol.

"No, you can sit down." She shook her head and turned back to watch everyone dance.

"Two on the rocks. One for me and one for this beautiful lady to my right." When the drinks were served, the drunken male passed the drink to Haneun. Haneun shook her head, rejecting the offer.

"Come on Princess. It's my birthday. You won't take a shot or two with the birthday boy?"

Haneun looked at him and smiled politely. "No thank you. Happy birthday though."

The male put the drink down and Haneun thought it would be the end of it until he slunk his arm around her waist. Leaning over, he whispered in her ear. "You could give me another present then..."

Before anyone knew it, Haneun's hand swung back and she backhanded the male. Quickly, she stood up, realizing what she had done.

"A-Ah! I'm so sorry!"

"You little..." The male stood up, hand raised. Haneun flinched and braced for being hit.

"Hey!"

Haneun opened her eyes and looked to see the male being held back by another male. The drunken man ripped his arm away and took his drink, storming off. Haneun's savior sighed and put his hands in his pocket, glancing at Haneun.

"Are you okay?"

Haneun nodded. "Yes. Thank you, um..."

"You don't know my name." He smiled. "Because I haven't seen you here before. Today's your first time, isn't it?"

"What is your name?" Haneun tilted her head.

He smiled. "Jaehyo-oppa~"

"Haneun." Haneol walked over. She glanced at Jaehyo, rolled her eyes, and took her sister's hand. "Don't talk to that creeper."

"Creeper is a bit much, don't you think?" Jaehyo looked offended. Before Haneol could make a snarky remark, the music in the club stopped. There was an announcement made and a rapper entered onto the stage. The DJ dropped a beat and the rapper began, captivating the audience.

Listening, Haneol pulled Haneun away and went back to Junhyung. Haneun, who was still quite confused, focused on the rapper on stage. Once he was done, Haneol walked up onto the stage and took Mad Clown's mic. She looked over as Haneun got up onto the stage after her. As she took a mic, Haneol told her which song they'd be performing. The DJ played the track and the song started off.
