Since my other random book is totally taken over by LotR content, here's a new random book for anything else. Will probably mention LotR a lot anyway. But I'll mention plenty of things.
For the first time at age 20. Just read the chapter where Percy turns his cherry coke "a violent shade of cobalt". That aside, I also plan on watching the show at some point. But...I shouldn't watch it too soon. Why?

Because my family's been watching the new Ronja the Robber's Daughter show from Netflix and for some reason she looks kind of like him.

Bonus points: she was also supposed to have black hair. (She does in the Ghibli series.) Actually, I think if Ronja went to school she'd definitely get in fights all the time.
Basically, I'm a weirdo, and no matter what I say online I worry that I'm wasting everyone's time. But it's always fun to find new fandoms!
If you're wondering, both the new show and the old Ronja the Robber's Daughter movies have some surprising nudity for a kids show. The Studio Ghibli series (which I saw for the first time) doesn't show anything more serious than butts.
Oh yeah, and I once knew a lady with pugs named Jackson and Nico! Jackson was a fawn pug and Nico was a black pug. I sadly never got to meet them but she wanted me to meet them someday.
