I started writing this last year and for some reason I've just decided to start posting on a whim but FUCK IT WE BALL

𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘐 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯, 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘴 𝘪𝘴𝘯'𝘵 𝘤𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘵𝘰 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘰𝘳 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺 𝘰𝘣𝘷𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴.

𝐈𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞 (𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐞)?

𝗡𝗢｡ 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹y, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗡 𝗔𝗨, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲｡ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝟲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗲. All main characters consisting of Gwendolyn Blake, Finney Blake, Terrance Blake, Robin Arellano, Bruce Yamada, Amy Yamada, Vance Hopper, Griffin Stagg, Billy Showalter and the Grabber do not belong to me. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲, 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗱｡ 

𝐒𝐨 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐢𝐝𝐧𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠'𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤?

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗸𝗶𝗱𝗻𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, 𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝘆s 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗱 o𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗻𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗱｡ Each kid was kept in a small, soundproof section of the basement. They all started in the room seen in the movie, by the basement door, but were then moved to these smaller sections so he could separate them. When he deemed them weak, traumatized, beaten and unthreatening he began pairing them up until they all eventually were in one room.

I think I started this book with the idea of it being a poly book so if you don't mess with that then don't read or click off when we get there (I will try my best to not make it cringe)
I don't know if one would consider this a slow burn but it definitely isn't extremely fast paced (like they won't all be together by chapter 10 or anything)
Also once they get together they will be together for a significant amount of time and maybe there will be a sequel
