About an hour later, everyone was called down to dinner to eat from the buffet, and meet all of the camp counsellors. Maria and Rouge met up with Shadow and Rock at one of the tables, and took turns going up to get food, to make sure nobody took their table. The four camp counsellors introduced themselves while everyone ate. "So how's your cabin? Is everyone annoying?" Rouge asked. "Kind of. Also, Sonic and Knuckles are staying in the bunk beside ours," Shadow said. "What? Why?" Rouge asked. "It was the only bed left," Shadow said. Rouge and Maria laughed. "I don't know why everything bad happens to us," Rock frowned.
Once everyone finished eating they were given the rest of the day free to explore the camp, or stay in their cabins. Shadow and his friends of course decided to walk around until the mosquitos started coming out. That's when they all decided to pack it in and get some rest, knowing they'd have to wake up at 7:00am the next morning. Just what everyone wants to do while expected to have fun on a trip.
