Given prompt : While wandering a familiar place, your protagonist becomes inexplicably lost. (May 19 - May 25)
Chetana POV
Chetana kept her book and wandered outside to freshen her breath with morning air and dance with the morning sunlight. She smiled widely the more exposed she was to the sun.
"Thank God for the light I, we received today and the chance given for me and my family to experience the joyous nature of world"
She danced to her melody and thanked God with each move sending silent prayers inside her heart and her flower plants silently listened to them or more they listened to her until she gave them the permission to speak. It wasn't of commanding nature that the plant obeyed her but of her loving nature.
She closed her eyes and imagined herself dancing around the red rose because that's how her plants communicate with her, all when she closes her eyes and settles her mind on the picture of the mind, it was her form of meditations as seen and preached by her mom and it was her form of interactions with the fairies as seen by his lovely big brother who unfortunately does not have the ability to speak to plants but his faith on his sister is immeasurable and unconditional. But now the silence of her dear plants tests her patience.
Your meek nature disappoints my heart today, my dear red rose.
She told me her favorite rose plant.
I am allowing both of us to enjoy our moments
The red rose said
How come me dancing and you staying meek is a moment of joy for you?
The red rose smiled, all its petals surrounding itself in a shape of heart and the leaves and roots of the plants dancing so that the plant went in circles around Chetana.
Because you love me?
Chetana asked unsure which to assume by the dance of the red rose in reply to her question
Yes little Chetana
Little Chetana continued her dance while the rose plant danced circles and in a moment of blink she pricked her finger. She gasped and both of them stopped dancing, staring into the drop of blood.
Oh my god! I am so sorry.
The red rose apologised.
Chetana shrugged her hand and smiled.
It's not like I would feel the pain.
The red rose understood the humour and shared a laugh and seconds later it turned into a nervous smile at the utterance of Chetana's words.
I am sorry I didn't hear you clearly
The red rose said
It's hurting, it's really hurting
Chetana cried
It can't hurt, how come our interaction ever be physical ?Maybe you are misunderstanding something, try opening your eyes.
Chetana nodded listening to her red rose but was anguished by her efforts afterwards.
Chetana, little angel are you okay?
The red rose asked
No I am not, I can't open my eyes and it hurts and it feels dizzy. What's going on? Did I do something wrong? Please God help me. I don't understand what's going on here? Red rose do you have any idea of this occurrence? Did I dance too much?
