Containment Procedures: IPA_12/03/2021_1 is contained in a cavity on a necklace made of (non-anomalous) silver, currently in the possession of IPA_12/03/2021_2. As for IPA_12/03/2021_2, the object does not exhibit any necessities adequate to its physical appearance (sleep, water, nourishment, excretion, amusement,...). Since there are no means of containing IPA_12/03/2021_1 without using IPA_12/03/2021_2, both objects are kept in close proximity.

-Why didn't you just take the necklace away? Or is she able to stop you in any way?

Description: IPA_12/03/2021_1 is a perfect sphere 42 millimetres in diameter with reflective properties. It was found on 12. 03. 2021 in Sacramento, California by Philipp Mill during routine excavation on a building site he oversees. Mr. Mill reported on the sphere after being unable to move it with any of the devices he and his employees possessed. Shortly after its discovery, IPA_12/03/2021_1 was stolen by IPA_12/03/2021_2.

-If it was stolen, how did we acquire it in the first place?

IPA_12/03/2021_1 exhibits total absence of all measurable properties (except its size), including (but not limited to): electromagnetic field, gravitational field, any measurable interaction with nuclear forces, vacuum energy, any standard occult energy known to IPA up to 20. 03. 2021. It is also apparently unable to interact with any field, matter or energy.

Anything placed on a collision course with IPA_12/03/2021_1, including any container, deteriorates on the level of quantum wavefunctions, accepting the object as a potential barrier of infinite size. All attempts to breach the barrier or use quantum effects to tunnel through it failed. If any subject approaches IPA_12/03/2021_1 with velocity exceeding approximately 0.57*10^(-3) the speed of light, the structural integrity of the subject is damaged severely.

IPA_12/03/2021_2 is a humanoid and identifies as a woman. The race of the object remains to be determined, as it exhibits features of all subspecies of homo sapiens sapiens. Overally, IPA_12/03/2021_2's physical appearance is perfectly normal (that is: matching the appearance of average middle-aged human woman) with the exception of eyes. The iris of the object contains traces of all pigments known to appear in (non-anomalous) humans, with their ratios coinciding with the estimated percentage values of (non-anomalous) living humans possessing such pigment.

IPA_12/03/2021_2's anomalous behaviour was limited to being capable of interacting with IPA_12/03/2021_1 in a way that totally ignores IPA_12/03/2021_1's own anomaly. Now it includes telepathic capabilities exceeding any thaumic scale known to IPA. The only well-documented use of those abilities is communication with/into IPA_12/03/2021_1 (up to 10. 04. 2021, it was not determined which of these is correct).
