Finally Free

On the day of the OFSTED inspection, Reece was already wanting to be fired because he was tired of working a job he never wanted. His father forced him into it.

Carly was being ripped to shreds by a parent because his son didn't get any sleep last night, and blamed it on her. Reece couldn't tolerate that kind of behaviour, so he went on the tablet to find the dad's account, to call them and throw a bunch of insults at him, but then Carly came in saying that her tablet was dead and asked if she could borrow. Reece borrowed the iPad but Carly accidentally wrote a bunch of insults to the parent and accidentally sent it on Reece's account.

Later that day, the OFSTED inspection was over and then the parent came in and confronted Reece for everything that he wrote, he knew it would be grounds for instant dismissal which is what he wanted, he didn't put up a fight and just left.

He seemed defeated, but in reality he wasnt, once he got out of the nursery, he was so happy. He was finally free from the madness his father pushed him into. He never wanted to be a manager, he has always wanted to be an astrologist. When he got in the car, he played his favorite song and danced to it while driving.
Once he got home, he played Just Dance right before Marjorie came home.

M: Reece, what the hell is wrong with you, why didnt you stand up for yourself?
R: I've never wanted to be a manager, my father forced me into doing it.
M: You think calling that parent a c**t would've kept your job?
R: I didn't even do that, that was Carly's doing.
M: Carly would never, stop blaming her on everything you do.
R: And you need to stop blaming Janice, Siobhan and Charlotte when you dont do any work.

The next day, Marjorie got a divorce and moved out of the house, and Reece got everything in the divorce.
