Even though I confidently agreed to this bet, I was nervous.

The thought of those mens tounge running up my body gave me cold chills.

I mean, I'm not out of shape or anything, it's just...my parents ruined the idea of a one night stand for me.

They were the type of people who would act all lovey dovey and shit, so you could say I sort of grew up believing in love at first sight.

My parents loved each other to death and the saying to death do us apart really did apply to them. Since they died when I was 15.

The only person who knew about this me sort of believing in love at first sight was none other than Nixon.

I growled as I realized that Nixon had set me up.

I turned around to see Nixon full on smirking since he knew he had played me.

"You dickhead," I shouted.

Nixon put his hands up as if surrendering.

"Hey, it's not my fault your an idiot when it comes to bets."

I glared at him.

Even when he's drunk he's a smart-ass

I sighed, running my hand through my hair.

I looked at the corner where the men were huddled at. Then looked at Nixon.

"Fine" I snarled. "Where's your damn money?"

Nixon smiled and did a little twist on the dance floor. He then turned around and handed me twenty bucks.

"You better be sober when I get back," I warned.

"Aye Aye Captain."

I smiled, grabbed my car keys from the table, then left the club knowing I would somehow come to regret this.

Driving into Cafe Demonio made me nervous but at the same time exhilarated.

Pulling into the abandoned cafe building, I understood why the police blocked it off.

The oldest residents of that abandoned cafe seemed to be spiders. Many generations had laced the walls with cobwebs of intricate beauty, though now even they lay in dusty rags.

It seemed as though it had been three decades since a footstep had echoed within those walls, since the dust had been disturbed and the ghosts awoken.

The only furniture was an antique pedestal table carved of local oak and upon it a bottle of finest malt whiskey and one up-turned glass.

Looking around, I felt someone's gaze at my back. I turned around quickly, bumping into something hard in the process.

"Oww" I moaned, rubbing my head.

I looked up to see a man, about 45 years old looking down at me with a frown on his face.

"Umm... Nice place you have here"

The man's frown seemed to get deeper as he looked at me disapprovingly.

"What are you doing here little girl?"

Now I took offense to that.

"Hey, I might not be a 6 feet 7 giant like you bet I am not short....im fun sized. " I muttered.

The man looked at me stunned, but then gave a throaty laugh.

I looked up at him, surprised and he gave a soft smile.

"What can I get for you kid? " He asked.

I looked at him, sort of confused.

"I thought this is the part he was going to knock me out or something."

I cleared my throat, but still eyed him suspiciously.

"Aren't you going to kill me because if you are, I have seen every episode of CSI, Law & Order and NCIS. I can kill you in 20 different ways and make it look like Bambi did it."

The man looked surprised by my rambling but laughed it off.

"Weren't you gonna to order coffee?"

I eyed him, embarrassed.

"Haha, yea. Umm do you make Baileys and Coffee?"

He smiled and nodded.

"I make the best around here."

I followed him to the back where a shiny new kitchen was awaiting us.

I looked around the place in awe.

"Nobody knows this place this?" I asked in shock.

"Nope."

After that I took a tour around the cafe while the owner made Nixon's coffee.

When I went back, the owner stood there holding a steaming coffee in his hand.

I took the coffee from his hand and looked at him with appreciation.

"Thank you....uhh?"

"Hue. The name's Hue."

I smiled and thanked him.

"Well thank you and the name's Kade by the way."

"Kade. I like that name. Well Kade visit soon."

I turned around and waved as I exited the coffee shop.

"That wasn't all that bad" I thought

As I was grabbing my keys from my pocket, I noticed I forgot to give Hue the money.

"Uhh me and my forgetfulness". I whispered with a smile.

Then I turned around to head back to Hue's Cafe. As I made my way to the stairs, I heard gunshots not far from here and screams.

Then everything turned eerily quiet.
