This is extremely likely, because not only were there already rumors of them dating by late 2014, The Tortured Poets Department contains lyrics such as, "Who's gonna stop us from walking back into rekindled flames / If we know the steps anyway?", "Now, pretty baby, I'm running back home to you," and "I keep recalling things we never did / Messy top-lip kiss, how I long for our trysts," which seem to imply a rebound. And considering the main character of TTPD is none other than Matty Healy, it's safe to assume that he is said rebound, and that they were romantically involved in both 2023 and 2014. With this in mind, if she's had twelve boyfriends, one of which she dated twice, she's had thirteen relationships, and Travis the the thirteenth.
