It was a rainy day, the storm outside the academy walls kept raging with no sign of calming down. The Blueberry academy building was quiet and dark, except for one room - the school library. The darkness there was chasen away by a couple of candles lighted here and there, and the quite sounds of rain were accompanied by quick pace steps of a cookie in long, cream colored robes.
After the encounter with the beast of deceit in the fairy kingdom, Pure Vanilla Cookie needed to take his mind off things, deciding to spend his time in the library of his old school, looking through old tomes and some of the prohibited ones that he was not allowed to read as a kid . The academy building, even tho long forgotten, was pretty cozy and brought comfort to the cookie, remembering old times of studying with White Lilly cookie.... Dark Enchantress now that is.
,, ...this one, OH! I've never read this one before" The cookie of truth kept looking through books, to is delight finding some he never got to read. He was pushing a library cart with stacks of books down the long halls of bookshelves. Apart from searching for new books to read he was also searching for a place to sit, because most of the formerly great places to sit were now either destroyed by time beyond use or had so high stacks of books on them, that moving them could practically bury the whole library.
On the wall near him Vanilla noticed a portrait of the last headmaster of the academy, the portrait seemed pretty well preserved in a steel frame with carved blueberries along the corners, the man looked pretty tired and old, but his expression showed pride. Some of the paint apparently faded a little so you could not distinguish much below his neck, only some faded blues which were probably his robes. Vanilla remembered the man, he was very wise and caring, even tho he could be strict.
Next to the portrait was a gate, seemingly colsed long time ago, tho time and moisture destroyed the lock, letting the cookie pass. The further the hall stretched the more portraits the former king could find, some were in bad condition, but most stood the test of time. ,,I don't think i ever come this far down this hall, i don't think i ever even saw half of these portraits" then Vanilla remembered something.

In his history classes they learned some about the creation of the academy, about how a very knowledgeable cookie wanted to share their wisdom with the world and created the academy. They were showed a disfigured portrait, not even looking as a cookie, something that didn't sit right with the scholar, since everything pointed at a cookie. At the time, little Vanilla was very curious about the founder, but for some reason, when he asked his history professor about the first headmaster, the man just dismissed him, telling him that the first teacher was not important, and to never mention him again. Well that seemed to have the opposite effect than intended, the young student kept looking for the information and constantly bugging the teacher, but could never find anything. Finally after weeks of pestering the professor he pulled Vanilla aside.
-,, I don't know ok?! Pure Vanilla, you are a bright student, beg you to leave this subject alone. Even i don't know many things, and the founder has the least accessible information on him out of anyone in this academy."- pleaded the tired cookie.
-,, But... why? Isn't he like... important?"- Asked the confused student.
-,, I don't exactly know what took place, all i know is that something bad happened to them a long time ago, and all things associated with him were locked in the forbidden parts of the academy or destroyed" - The history teaches only rubbed his eyes and adjusted his glasses.
And so, young Pure Vanilla left it at that, moving on to other, more accessible topics.

But now, he was not so little, and had the circumstances to find out what he wanted.
He moved faster down the hall, leaving the books he had with him next to one of the other portraits, his curiosity making him forget everything around him. He finally reached the end of the hall, a large window shining a little bit of the moonlight on the nearby walls, one of which had a large portrait.
The cookie of truth stopped in front of the picture. It showed a blue cookie, the only thing that was anything like the disfigured character on the portrait showed to the students were their colors. The cookie had light blue dough, closed eyes, and a calm and charming smile. They wore white an blue robes, with little gold accents. the blue hair with white streaks that were spilling down their back seemed to have the entire galaxy in them. The cookie on the picture was just breathtaking, emitting an aura of peace, love and comfort. Pure Vanilla almost got lost in their beauty...ALMOST! For he noticed something shocking. His soul jam! The cookie had his soul jam, it was in a form of a staff. ,,How is it possible? Were they... the previous holder of the soul jam?''. Just below was a steel plate ,,Blueberry Milk Cookie - the fount of knowledge" written on it. ,,Blueberry Milk Cookie huh?" thought Pure Vanilla gently dragging his fingers across the steel frame, which had carved out blueberries, vines and a couple of soul jam shaped stones.
The stones suddenly shined a light blue light, making the Vanilla cookie jump away in surprise, noticing his soul jam shined the same light. He started looking around nervous seeing little traces of magic leaving the stones. Someone seemed to enchant the frame to react to his soul jam! The cookie of truth quickly reached for hiss staff, that he set against the all earlier, getting ready to protect himself against any danger only to see the painting becoming transparent and reveling a book underneath.
Pure Vanilla kinda confused slowly reached for the tome and pulled it out of the frame. The book was blue, decorated with little doodles of blueberries, nature and flowers, the pages being yellowish showing its age despite its great condition. After pulling out the book, the painting returned to its previous state, the stones shining blue ceased after a moment letting the room drown in the moonlight once more. The cookie of truth turned towards the hall once again, taking his staff and walking back to the candlelit area, curiosity eating him from the inside he sat on the floor and opened the book.
