Jungkook's POV
Our honeymoon was everything I dreamed of—except too short. Still, it was perfect. So much has happened so fast. My secret was out, Tae and I reunited after a 24-hour hiccup, and we sealed everything with a dream wedding I still can't believe was real.
In a few days, I'll kick off my tour, and Tae will be with me to film the concert video. What more could I possibly ask for?
That short breakup? Our last. What we have now is unshakable—an unbreakable bond forged in love, respect, and the trials we survived together.
"Husband! The car's here!" Tae calls from the hallway.
My heart soars every time I hear him call me that. Husband.
"I'm just double-checking to make sure I didn't forget anything important," I call back.
"You didn't forget my favorite green underpants, did you? Those are very important," he teases, his voice getting closer.
I laugh, shaking my head. "Yes, babe. I double-checked. I packed them."
"Check again." He smirks as he leans in the doorway.
"They've been triple-checked. They're in the suitcase."
"Will I be seeing them tonight?" He raises his brows suggestively.
"Damn, Tae. Can I get a break?"
"Not in those," he shoots back with a wicked grin.
"Just so you know," I warn, "they are not coming on tour."
"What!?" he gasps, mock-offended. "Why not?!"
"You know exactly why."
He folds his arms and pouts like a toddler. "Fine. Don't bring them."
I can't help the chuckle that escapes behind closed lips. "Fine. I won't."
But then his playful pout shifts into concern. "You're going to bring them, right?"
"Tae, I can't have you jumping on my ass every night. I need sleep. Real rest."
"How about every other night?" he says, deadpan.
"No."
"I want a divorce."
I laugh and lean over to kiss his cheek. "Have you forgotten all the other things we can do—and have done?" I lick my lips for emphasis.
"Mmm," Tae hums, giving me a slow peck on the lips. "You're so right, baby."
We slide into the SUV as the driver holds the door open. I sigh, leaning back into the plush seat.
"I miss Tannie. I can't wait to see him."
"I miss that little furball too," Tae agrees, buckling me in like he always does. His hand finds mine, and we settle in for the hour-long drive.
"Our first stop is Jimin's and Yoongi's, right?" he asks.
"Yep," I confirm.
Tae squeezes my hand. "So... what plans have you made for Tannie?"
I glance over, confused. "What do you mean?"
"Kookie... you're going to be gone for three months."
"Oh. I'll bring him."
"And?" Tae presses.
"And what?"
