Caitlin's POV
It was the first time Bea would face the CMFT team after their parting. We talked last night before we slept about how excited and nervous she was feeling at the same time.
Bea mentioned that the feeling was both familiar and different. It's funny how we can experience two contradictory emotions simultaneously.
We slept early that night as we prepared for our match the next day. Bea and I would both have our games at the Araneta Coliseum.
I had my game a few minutes ago and was hailed as the best player of the game after sweeping our sister team, the Strong Group Athletics. It was my first POG award ever since joining the Farm Fresh Foxies.
I went to the dugout after the quick interview. Along the way, several fans and co-athletes greeted me for my performance.
When I reached the dugout, it was only me in the room while the others were still in the shower area. I heard a knock and quickly opened the door.
Bea was standing in front of me, all smiles.
"Congrats, love!" She leaned on me, hugged me, and whispered the last word.
"Thank you, love!" I mumbled the last word as I quickly sniffed her neck.
"Let's go to Wolfgang pala later nag aya sila Mom and Dad. Doon daw tayo mag dinner, sama natin si Bel and Thang."
"Okay, deretso na lang ako don since may game ka pa. Message ko na lang si Tita to meet."
Bea looked on her left and right as if scanning the place.
Once she cleared the area, she quickly pecked a kiss on my lips.
"Wish me luck," she whispered as she sprinted back to the court.
I just smiled at myself after that quick kiss. Kahit kailan talaga!
"Wow iba talaga pag POG, ngumingiti na lang mag-isa!" Rizza, who just got out of the shower, teased me along with Kate.
"Oo nga no, iba rin yung glow pag POG eh!" Kate added while subtly elbowing Rizza.
"Ine-eme niyo na naman ako! Diyan nga muna kayo, mag shower lang ako." I just laughed with them as I made my way to the shower.
Oh to be loved by Beadel.

"I am here with our best player of the game, Bea De Leon of the Creamline Cool Smashers!" the roaring and screaming inside the Araneta Coliseum became intense, and everyone was cheering for Bea!
