Staring at the crowded canteen, I watched in annoyance as the children filled the area in a matter of seconds, I rolled my eyes at the chaotic sight

My eyes snapped back to the canteen line, just in time to see three girls storming towards another group. Before I could blink chaos erupted, a full blown fight broke out.

Grabbing my bag, I quickly got up, exiting the canteen, completely out of view, I made my way to my form room

I entered the class, realizing that most of the students weren't inside, I sighed and took my seat
Dropping my bag on the desk, I took out my phone to check the time
Mi ave couple more minutes before lunch time over.
Just as I was about to turn off my phone, the intercom came on, interrupting the very few conversations
"Good afternoon, students. We regret to inform you that an incident occurred, and as a result, school will be dismissed after lunch. We advise all teachers and students to proceed to their form rooms to complete afternoon registration."

Turning my attention back to my phone, I figured I would call my sister, Samira.
After a few seconds the picked up on the fourth ring. I placed the phone towards my ear
"Ye, Zari?" She was the first to speak

"School a done early today suh yuh nuh badah afi wait pan mi" I say to her
"Alright" she responds, the call then ended
Removing the phone from my ear, I shut it off my phone, tucking it in the small part of my bag
