After the wedding ceremony, it was time to celebrate and have dinner. Of course Jinora and Kai changed outfits before the fun happened.

Korra was on her way to her table till a hand on her shoulder stopped her. Korra turned around seeing someone she thought she was never going to see.

Korra quickly bowed "Madam Lin"

"Please don't bow child" Lin told her taking her into a hug

"What are you doing here?"

"One of my officers brought me as a plus one since I need to let loose once in a while, he's friends with the bride and groom" Lin said

"Are you talking about Mako?"

"Yea that's the one" Lin said making them both laugh "look at you" Lin said looking over the girl "you've grown to be quite the woman"

"So you're the chief of police now?"

"Sure am" Lin chuckled

"Korra" a little girl came up to her reaching for her

"Yasuko? Where's your mom?" Korra questioned as she picked up the girl who didn't answer her question so Korra gazed the room for Asami.

"Oh Asami, she's most likely at the table" Lin said as they walked towards their table

Everyone noticed Korra and Lin talking as they made it to the table. "You two know each other?" Mako asked

"Yeah, Korra was actually my foster foster kid for some time till her uncle took her in" Lin said

"Really?" Everyone was surprised

Korra took a seat next to Asami with Yasuko still in her hands. Asami noticed how Korra was holding a conversation with everyone while caring for Yasuko.

Yasuko tried to reach for the water but Korra ended up passing it to her. After she took her sips, Korra passed her the napkin to wipe her mouth. All this while talking and maintaining eye contact with someone else. It's like it was natural to her.

Soon the dinner was served. "Sweetie, come sit next to me, I have your plate" Mako said

"No" Yasuko said

"Yasuko I'm not going to tell you again" Mako sighed

"I wanna stay with Korra" she whined

"Korra will still be there, just coma eat and go back" Mako tried to reason

"But I don't-"

"Yasuko, listen to your father"

"Yes momma" Yasuko quickly got off of Korra's lap and ran to seat next to her father

As they ate, Asami picked through her salad putting the cherry tomatoes to the side. She then saw a plate scoot next to hers and a fork pulling the cherry tomatoes onto the plate. Asami looked up seeing it was Korra that took the tomatoes who happily mixed it into her salad.

Moments later, when dinner was over, Yasuko found her way to get to Korra. After Kai and Jinora did their first dance, they had wedding games to play. First game was who's most likely. Both bride and groom sat back to back. Then they played a Q/A to see how well they know each other, Kai won that game by 2 points.

Then the bride and groom had made their own game up.

"Ok so this is how the game works, Pema will read challenge cards, I have to pick someone to do the challenge and Jinora picks someone else, who ever completes the challenge they win a point for the player who picked them." Kai explained and the game started

"shotgun 3 beers first" Pema read the card "Bride picks first"

"I pick Iroh"

"fuck I was gonna pick him" Kai complained making everyone laugh "I'll pick Mako"

The two guys went up to the small table that was placed in the center of the room for the game. 6 cans of beer sat on the table 3 for Iroh and 3 for Mako. "ready..? GO!" Pema started the game. Everyone was cheering them on.

"Iroh wins!" Pema said making everyone cheer. "spin 20 times, then race to get take the shot at the finish line" She read the card "groom's turn to pick first"

"Ou" he was thinking "Gotta go with Korra" Korra sighed wishing she didn't have to get up.

"I pick Bolin" Jinora said

Mako took Yasuko from Korra's lap so she can participate in the game.

"ready? and go!" Pema started the game. Bolin and Korra were off spinning and spinning then raced to the shot glass. Both ended up falling to the floor with in the first 3 steps making everyone laugh. Korra used Bolin to get back up.

"you cheater" Bolin said getting up only to fall over to the right

Korra managed to make it to the shot first taking it and winning the game.

The game continued it. there were only 9 rounds, the game was tied 4 to 4, only one game left. "since this is the last round, you both have to pick someone before knowing what the challenge is, Jinora you pick first

"Asami" She picked

"Ok, I'll take Korra" Kai smiled knowing that Korra was good at everything

"and the challenge is... Arm wrestling" Pema said

"Fuck!" Jinora already sees herself losing

"Hell yeah" Kai Celebrated

Korra and Asami sat at the table facing each other "don't worry I'll go easy on you" Korra said as she rolled up her sleeve

"no need" Asami smirked

As Pema started the count down from three and as she did Asami whispered something to Korra, which stunned Korra "go" Asami won the game in a heartbeat since Korra was processing what Asami just said

"I won?!" Jinora cheered

"Korra?! what was that?!" Kai walked over to the girl who's face was bright red

Asami gave Korra a wink before walking away

"what did you tell her?" Mako asked Asami as she sat next to him and saw Yasuko run off to Korra

"let's just say, Yasuko's staying with you tonight" Asami crossed her arms with a satisfied smile on her face

"what? but I got Crystal coming over tonight, I've been waiting for a week to have alone time with her" Mako complained

"And I've waited 4 years" Asami raised a brow as she looked at the man "what do you have to say now?"

"So what time does Yasuko start school tomorrow?" Mako nervously smiled
