Love each other

I love him
But he's not here
He's away on a mission
And I'm here
Lonely and wanting him in my arms

I call him my star

He calls me his forest tree
I see him as my galaxy
He sees me as his whole world

He asked me to marry him

Even though I was the one to tell him I love him first
He told me it didn't matter because we were gonna get married

On our wedding day

He cried
I smiled
We laughed
Then left for our honeymoon

And spent a year after doing anything we wanted

Shopping
Travelling
Adventuring
Kissing
Loving each other

I opened my eyes

There was a noise
I was dreaming
Then I heard it again
Someone was knocking on the front door

Getting up slowly

I made my way to the door
Wiped my nose and eyes on my sleeve
Then opened the door

And started sobbing

There standing in front of me
Was my beautiful bright burning
Star

I stepped back

Once, twice, three times
Suprised and happy to see him
But can't stop crying

He steps inside and closes the door

Then setting down his bag
Slowly he walks toward me
Like I'm about to snap at him if he goes any faster

And finally when he engulfs me in his warm hold

I break down
While he holds me together
He's there now
Crooning sweet nothings into my ear
Calling me his forest tree, his baby boy
His world

And when i stop crying

I wipe my face in his shoulder
And tell him
I love him, my star
And he tells me he loves me, his forest tree

He kisses me

I kiss him
