"Hey Zay! How was your weekend?" My friend says as I walk into the classroom for first period.
"It was good, I went to my mom's instead of my dad's, kinda boring with my mom though," I say. The first bell rings for class, everyone sits down. The day goes by quickly, in third period they call me and my friend group down to the office.
"So what did you need us for?" One of my friends Landyn says, everyone nods.
"ZaDee's father needs all of you so go get your backpacks please, he's waiting outside," the principal said excusing us to get our backpacks, I start to wonder. Why does my dad need all my friends? Why? We all get our backpacks and head out side and see my dad.
"Hey DeeDee!" My father says, "Sorry I pulled all of y'all out of school,"
"No need to say sorry, I have PE third period it was hell!" Kenzie, who I was talking to this morning, said as my dad points a finger at Kenzie.
"Language lady, now get your asses in the van I'm taking you to my place."
"I call front!" Kenzie, Landyn, and Henry said at the same time.
"ZaDee gets front!" My dad yells as they all get mad, I sit in the front and ask my dad a question.
"Soo, dad, why did you need us?" I buckle myself as Kenzie, Landyn, and Henry pull out their phones.
"I have a project I'm doing and I need y'all's input on it. Also you guys need a day off to chill," my dad says looking in the back window.
"Thanks Mr. Zane, I really do need the day off," Henry says looking up from his phone. We get to my dad's place and we go to his workshop and see a robot.
"This is an Ai robot, I want to start making more and sell them to people." My dad said as I stare at it, not thinking it's a great idea. But as shy as I am I stay quiet.
"Cool dude! I think you'll get to be a millionaire by selling Ai robots!" Landyn said wanting to touch it but my dad moves it away.
"I don't personally like it but like Landyn said, you'll get a lot of money from it," Kenzie said, looking at my dad then the robot.
"It looks cool, and people would probably want to get Ai robots for the elderly." Henry said, examining it hard.
"How 'bout you DeeDee? What do you think of it?" My dad says as everyone looks at me. I snap out of my thoughts and look up at my dad.
"Oh yeah, I think it's good. But not personally my favorite thing to be selling."
"I think I'm going to start selling it tomorrow. And tomorrow's a weekend! Who wasn't to help me," dad said as my Henry raises his hand, as well as Kenzie. Landyn didn't, that's odd. I bet he just has plans. And if he doesn't hopefully he doesn't mind coming over? Whatever, I hope my dad doesn't destroy the world with these Ai robots!
