Yuzuki strode into a jam-packed stadium where a German team and a Spanish team battled it out on the field. She claimed a seat near the guard rail, her eyes scanning the action as she searched for the number she'd never forget: #11.

Her heart leapt when she spotted her cousin. Waving a banner emblazoned with his number, she cheered him on with infectious enthusiasm. Yet, something was off, there was no sign of the omega he'd been seen with before, not even a hint of him. Unless he was with another team, she reasoned, pushing the oddity aside as she focused on his every move. Among the players, her little Yo-kun was always the one who shone the brightest.

As the match unfolded, Yuzuki's gaze began to wander. Several players on the opposing team possessed a modelesque allure. One boy with a mane of brown and yellow-blonde hair was undeniably striking; another, with silver hair streaked green, captivated her attention. Then there was a blonde sporting blue rat tails, a daring style. From her vantage point, she caught sight of a tattoo on him that sent an itch across the ink on own skin.

Throughout the game, her focus remained fixed on Yoichi. A proud smile lit her face as she marveled at his passion for the game, her heart swelling with the joy of being his personal cheerleader.

They'd once been inseparable, a deeply connected duo before middle school for him and high school for her began to forge a growing distance. Their formal presentation had reunited them, yet also underscored their differences. She, an omega, and he, an alpha. With neither family having not seen their dynamic in over fifty years, both had been left to navigate this new reality largely on their own. Determined to help, Yuzuki dove into research, equipping herself with every scrap of knowledge she could find to support herself and him.

Shaken from her thoughts by the roar of the crowd and the players' embraces of camaraderie, she hurried to the field entrance. Determined to catch Yoichi before he left, she dashed forward with the same fervor of her own athletic day as security tried in vain to hold her back.

"Yoichi!" she screamed.

Instantly, he turned. His eyes lit up at the sight of his cousin, unforgettable violet eyes and cascading violet-black hair. With a quick signal to his teammates, he announced that was excusing himself, and soon every gaze was drawn to their family reunion.

Yoichi bypassed security with practiced ease and swept Yuzuki into a warm, lingering hug. In that embrace, he savored her signature scent of almonds and cherries, it was a sweet aroma that always reminded him of her unique charm. In turn, she caught a hint of his rugged, woodsy scent. The moment needed no words. Even as officials eventually urged them to move along, Yoichi led her across the field, carefully masking her scent with his own to ward off the probing curiosity of other alphas.

After their heartfelt reunion, Yoichi headed for the locker room while Yuzuki waited outside. As she idly scrolled through texts on her phone, some from colleagues, others oddly out of place, she couldn't help but wonder what the day might yet bring.

Inside the locker room, Yoichi found himself fielding a barrage of questions. Rumors swirled about his relationship with Rin. Were they still together? Had they broken up? How had he managed to charm such a beautiful woman? While most queries were casual, a few were disturbingly persistent.

Finally, when the teasing grew too much, Yoichi's temper flared. He growled, "Leave my cousin alone, you disgusting excuses for men! She's not a damn plaything, you demented freaks!"

The outburst drew immediate attention. This fiery version of Yoichi was rarely seen off the field. Hiori, ever the peacemaker, approached with a gentle tone. "Isagi, no one's after her. You're just more affectionate than usual—it's riling them up a bit seeing you so soft. Let's take a step back."
