i felt in love at first sight

choi jong-in has never thought of he would fall in love with someone.

after all, he's the strongest hunter in korea, there's no types of people he hasn't seen. facing many lies and affectation, dealing with troublesome people makes him lose interest in love. 

although his parents keep nagging him so much and telling him to get married, he didn't care. 'mom, dad! I'm not interested, okay?' why he should find a lover, they could bother him in his pursuit of power. love is just a waste of time.

walking to his guild's headquarters, he pushed the glass door with an uninterested face.

"good morning master, hope you have a nice day."

an unfamiliar voice ringing in his ears. he didn't remember his guild's receptionist having such a voice. he frowned and looked at the source of the sound. as soon as the figure of a person with (h/c) hair and sparkling (e/c) eyes standing behind the reception desk, wearing a neat suit and a smile on his lips entered his curious sight, he frozed.

for a few seconds, he suddenly wanted to send his parents - who were at home - a message that would totally shock them.

'mom and dad, I think you're right. I should get married right now.'

you don't why, but your guild's master suddenly came to check on how his employees working so frequently these days. you had to admit, you were scared. what if you make a mistake and get fired immediately?

you just got this job few days ago, if you get fired again, your dad will kill you!

and he kept looking at you too!! what are you gonna do!??

you work like a machine, your stiff hands typing each word on the keyboard. it's been more than 30 minutes and you still haven't finished typing a text that's only about 20 lines long. all because the s-rank hunter, the leader-of-the-hunters-guild is leaning against the wall and staring at you.

your face is pale, you feel like you could faint at any moment. his gaze is so hot that it seems like it's burning every organ in your body. someone tell him to go away!

you act like a robot, talk like a robot, to the point that even your coworkers feel sorry for you.

yet in choi jong-in's eyes, your actions right now look very cute.

'so adorable. how can a person this adorable.' with his emotionless face and cold eyes, he makes everyone stay away and look at you with pity. meanwhile, inside he is screaming a lot about how cute you are, or how beautiful you are today.

until you feel like you can't take it anymore, vice leader - cha hae-in walks up and slaps jong-in hard on the back, glaring at him. "you're making people uncomfortable. go to work immediately, sir!"

jong-in frowned and rubbed his back, glaring back at hae-in and walking to the elevator. before entering it, he looked back at you for a few seconds before closing the elevator door.
