Alcina led Ally through the dimly lit corridors, their fingers still laced together as they made their way toward the grand dining hall.

Ally's heart was light, her cheeks still warm from the morning's stolen moments, but there was something else too—something deeper, something she had been thinking about for a long time.

A decision she had already made.

A decision that would bind them together forever.

She squeezed Alcina's hand, biting her lip as she glanced up at her lover. "Alcina?"

Alcina hummed, glancing down with a knowing smile. "Yes, dragă mea?"

Ally hesitated, her fingers twitching against Alcina's palm. "I... I've been thinking about something."

Alcina's smile softened into something curious, something attentive. "Oh?"

Ally took a deep breath, steadying herself. "When we marry... I want you to claim me."

Alcina stopped walking.

Just like that.

A full, halted stop right in the middle of the hallway.

Ally almost stumbled but barely managed to stay upright. She turned to find Alcina staring at her, golden eyes wide with something dark, something dangerous.

"Alexandra," Alcina murmured, her voice low, thick with something that made heat curl in Ally's stomach. "Do you have any idea what you're saying?"

Ally swallowed but stood firm. "Yes."

Alcina's grip on her hand tightened ever so slightly. "You would willingly give yourself to me like that?" Her voice was almost awe-struck, like the concept itself was unbelievable.

"I already belong to you," Ally whispered, stepping closer, placing her free hand on Alcina's chest, right over her heart. "This is just sealing it."

Alcina let out a slow, shaking breath, her fingers twitching against Ally's waist as if fighting the urge to pull her closer.

Ally knew what it meant to be claimed in such a way.

It wasn't just a bite.

It was an act of devotion.

An instinctual, ancient ritual that would tie them together completely—physically, emotionally, eternally.

It would seal their mate bond.

It would make Ally Alcina's in a way that could never be undone.

More than that—

It was something deeply intimate.

A claiming of flesh and soul, a merging of their bodies, their desires, their very essence.

It was why they had never gone further before.

Because Alcina had warned her—

That in the height of pleasure, in the blinding heat of ecstasy, she would lose control.

She would claim Ally.

And Ally hadn't been ready for that.

Not yet.

But now?

Now she was.

"On our wedding night," she murmured, voice steady despite the tremor of excitement running through her. "I want you to make me yours."

Alcina let out a slow, shaking breath, her fingers tightening against Ally's waist.

"You are playing a very dangerous game, iubirea mea," Alcina warned, her voice dropping into a low, velvet purr. "Do you understand what you are asking of me?"

"Completely." Ally smiled, tilting her head slightly, her pulse fluttering beneath her skin—so tempting, so open.

Alcina let out a soft growl, her eyes flashing with something wild.

For a moment, Ally thought she might lose herself right there—

But then Alcina exhaled, closing her eyes as she ground her composure back into place.

When she opened them again, her gaze was softer but no less intense.

"You will be the death of me," Alcina murmured, pressing a lingering kiss to Ally's forehead. "But, Black God, what a sweet death it will be."

Ally sighed, pressing closer to her, letting the promise settle between them.

Soon.

Soon, she would truly belong to Alcina.

And she couldn't wait.

By the time they reached the dining hall, the daughters were already in full swing—which meant utter chaos.

Daniela was practically vibrating, still riding the high of the engagement, while Cassandra was trying (and failing) to keep her from climbing onto the table.

Bela, ever the responsible one, was drinking her morning tea with the air of someone who was this close to committing murder.

"Finally!" Daniela cheered, waving them over. "Momma, you have to sit next to—"

"Where your Momma sits is her own decision, give her a moment," Alcina huffed, pulling out a chair for Ally before seating herself beside her.

Daniela grinned. "I can't help it! You married her! She's our momma now!"

Alcina groaned, rubbing her temple. "We are not married yet, Daniela."

"Yet," Cassandra smirked, taking a bite of her breakfast. "But soon."

Alcina pointedly ignored them, instead turning to Ally as she picked up her tea. "Alexandra, iubirea mea, do you truly wish to endure this for the rest of eternity?"

Ally laughed, reaching for Alcina's free hand and pressing a gentle kiss to her knuckles. "Absolutely."

Alcina sighed dramatically. "Then I suppose there is no hope for you."

"Nope," Ally grinned. "You're stuck with me."

Alcina smirked, her eyes gleaming with something dangerous. "Oh, darling... you have no idea how much I enjoy that thought."

And just like that—

Breakfast turned into laughter, into playful teasing, into a family that, despite its oddities, was now Ally's to call her own.

And later—

When night fell, and she curled into Alcina's embrace once more, pressing her lips against her lover's throat, whispering promises of what was to come—

Ally knew, with absolute certainty, that their wedding night would be the moment Alcina truly made her hers.

And she couldn't wait.
