"Booooo," Daniela pouted. "Let us at least have cake!"
Alcina exhaled slowly, pressing a possessive kiss to Ally's forehead. "Tomorrow, Alexandra and I will be left alone this evening."
Daniela beamed. "Deal!"
Bela rolled her eyes, but the fondness in her gaze was unmistakable. "Come on."
With that, the daughters retreated, whispering among themselves about plans for the official celebration.
And finally—
Finally, Ally and Alcina were alone again.
Alcina sighed, pressing a lingering kiss to Ally's temple. "Shall we, dragă mea?"
Ally smirked, looping her arms around Alcina's neck. "Take me to bed, my Lady."
Alcina growled, lips curling into a smirk of her own. "With pleasure."
And with that—
The future truly began.

The moment Alcina carried Ally across the threshold of their chambers, the door shut behind them with a soft click, sealing them away from the rest of the world.
The castle was still buzzing with excitement, the daughters likely terrorising the staff with their giddy energy, but none of that mattered now.
Not here.
Not in their space.
The bedroom was warm, the golden glow of candlelight flickering against the towering bookshelves, the heavy drapes swaying slightly in the evening breeze.
And in Alcina's arms, Ally felt weightless.
Safe.
Loved.
Alcina set her down with careful precision, her long fingers brushing against Ally's waist as if reluctant to let go.
"Finally," Alcina murmured, her voice thick with emotion. "I have you to myself."
Ally smiled, reaching up to trace the sharp lines of Alcina's jaw, her fingertips ghosting over the soft skin of her throat.
Alcina let out a soft, contented hum, pressing her lips to Ally's forehead. "Soon the world will know your mine."
Ally let out a breathless laugh, her heart aching with love. "Alcina Dimitrescu, are you happy?"
Alcina tilted her head, golden eyes shining with something devastatingly tender. "Happiness is not something I was created for, iubirea mea," she murmured. "And yet, you have given it to me."
Ally's throat tightened, emotion welling up so fierce and sudden that she could barely breathe. "Then let me give you more."
Alcina's lips parted slightly, a sharp inhale slipping past them, but before she could speak—
Ally kissed her.
Slow.
Reverent.
A kiss that held everything—the love, the devotion, the absolute certainty that there would never be another.
That they would never be apart again.
Alcina sighed against her lips, her hands sliding around Ally's waist, pulling her closer, holding her there like she was something precious.
And oh, how Ally melted into her.
"You are my home," Ally whispered, her fingers tangling into Alcina's hair, pulling her down just a little closer. "Now and always."
