Check it out!
Hey, huns! As there were a lot of requests of one more tutorial before the test, here is the one. I hope this one makes you more confident.
We are going to make this. The design was ordered by SSears90 (One of my loveliest friends) in CROWNED.

Let's master the art of use of gradient (especially black gradient).
App used :- Canva
Step 1 : Create a new page design for the cover. Change the color to black I'm order to use the black gradient.

Step 2 : Add a picture by tapping on the "Gallery" option. Adjust the picture on the frame. Sometimes you don't always find the best picture for the cover plot. Therefore, you need to sometimes edit the picture yourself. This picture was edited by me on Piscart. You won't find it on Pinterest. Once you master the art of cover making, then try to master the art of editing too.

Step 3 : Tap on the "Elements" from the options given below. Type "black gradient" in the search bar. Tap on the "see all" button in front of 'Graphics' option.

Step 4 : Choose a gradient as per you need. In this case, choose the one marked by the red arrow. Place the gradient graphics on the end of the picture (on the edge). Adjust it by using the corner handles to increase its size. This gradient will help to create a blending effect.

Step 5 : Add the title text as per your choice. I'm using "Zumme Rough Bold" here for the word 'Golden' in the title 'Golden to Gray'.
(Note : Try to link your graphics with the title and plot of the story. According to the title, I made a picture with showed the main protagonist's Golden personality ripping apart to form a gray personality. I'm gonna reflect the same with the title. Gonna use Golden colour for the word 'Golden' and will use gray shade for 'To Gray'.)
Step 6 : Add the same gradient we used before and place in below the text. This will give a blending effect to the text too. See the difference: how a small change can make the font look so cool.

Step 7 : I'm gonna use the same technique I used in the last two steps. The font used for 'To Gray' is - "Inlander Rough." Check the difference in font quality.

Step 8 : Add other credits to the cover, such as author's name, to complete the cover design. I used the same trick for "SSears90" that I told in the first tutorial to make the text look more elevated.
