Felix opened his mouth but shut it again as his face turned a surprising shade of red.

"Y-you... y-you jerk, I hate you"

"I know you don't" Hyunjin rested his hands on the back of his seat as he leaned in a little closer.

"Can you face forward for once?" He scowled.

"Nope" the taller shrugged while playing with their fingers.

Felix squeezed his eyes shut and took a deep breath. "If we get detention, you're doing my work"

"I'd do anything for you, doll" He mumbled while lifting their intertwined hands to press kisses on the back of his hand.

Felix sighed heavily. "Oh God, when will the bell ring?" His words seemed to reach the heavens, for no sooner had he spoken, the bell rang, and the teacher stood to announce the upcoming summer break before dismissing the class.

He yanked his hand away and grabbed his bag from the table in a desperate attempt to escape. But just as he stood up, Hyunjin called out to him from behind.

"Hey, angel, wait up" he stepped closer and stood in front of him.

"What do you want, Hyunjin?" He exhaled and attempted to move past him, but the other held his ground.

"You" Hyunjin said firmly. "I want to marry you" The seriousness in the latter's eyes made his heart race with his cheeks flushing scarlet as whispers and whistles erupted from their classmates.

"Shameless jerk" he murmured as his voice was barely audible over the pounding of his heart.

And a tint of rosy hue spread across his cheeks as he quickly pushed Hyunjin aside and ran away.

"When will it be my turn?" Jisung whined before throwing an arm around the blonde's shoulder as they sat on the grass in the university garden, watching butterflies flit between flowers and listening to the sound of birds chirping.

"Are you really that desperate to get humiliated in front of everyone?" Felix rolled his eyes as he tried to shrug him off.

"There's nothing humiliating about it" Jisung argued. "It just shows he's brave enough to love you out loud without caring about anyone. Honestly, he's so sweet, Lix. You're lucky. You should give him a chance" He swayed them gently side to side.

Felix stayed quiet as his fingers fidgeted in his lap while staring down at the blades of grass.

"I know what's running through that head of yours" Jisung murmured while shifting to cup his face and making him look up. "But listen, you love him, don't you? Then why are you letting all those 'what ifs' get in the way? Forget the future. Just live in the now. Think about what makes you happy, hmm?"

Felix bit his lip as he hesitated before exhaling tiredly.

"Tell him you love him. Don't make him wait anymore, babe. Not that he'd ever complain, but I think it's time to save that poor guy from his endless anxiety"
