The next morning Carter was just getting done with a workout when there was a knock on the door he went to answer it

Liberty-"Carter!" (hugs him)

Carter-"Hey you". (picks her up)

Cody-"Hey champ". (hugs Carter)

Brandi-"Sorry for not warning you Libby wanted it to be a surprise".

Carter-"It's all good come on in, Sky and the lil man are in the living room".

They head into the house and into the living room, Skyler hugs everyone and while Carter goes to take a shower she lets them hold RJ

Cody-"How is he really doing?"

Skyler-"He has his days I know he's nervous about seeing Matt and everyone".

Brandi-"Does he want to go back to AEW?"

Skyler-"Said it was Tonys call".

Carter comes back into the living room and hands something to Liberty

Liberty-"Thank you!" (hugs him)

Cody-"When did you get that?"

Carter-"When we were in London, completely forgot to give it to you to give to her".

Brandi-"Any news on getting back into the ring?"

Carter-"Hopefully in a couple days, so who did they sign to release me?"

Cody-"Honestly dude I have no idea, I'm beyond mad about all of this you are injured for crying out loud".

Skyler-"I mean it's not as bad as when you left".

Carter-"Don't remind me, when I left I knew what I was doing, just didn't think I would be in this situation right now hun".

Brandi-"Do you wanna go back?"

Carter-"That's up to TK and them, if anything I've been looking at houses in Japan".

Liberty-"He looks like Uncle Matt". (holds RJs hand)

Cody-"Yeah he does, he has the eyes". (smiles)

Carter-(smiles) "Question is though how are you doing, I mean without the championship now". (and no I don't want Cena to win at Mania, this is just for the story well I am hoping this is just fictional for now lol)

Cody-"To be honest weight off my shoulders, more time at home now".

There is another knock at the door and Skyler goes to answer it she comes back in

Liberty-"Uncle Kenny!" (hugs him)

Kenny-"Hey kiddo".

Carter-"What are you doing here?" (hugs Kenny)

Kenny-"Just checking up on my nephew also my great nephew". (takes RJ from Brandi)

Brandi-"How are things going Kenny?"

Kenny-"They are going great, I mean The Elite is back together so things are going smooth".

Skyler-"I saw that, I literally thought Hanger was just going to walk away".

Cody-"I miss those days, but hey never say never right?"

Kenny-"You're right about that, so Lee Lee what are your plans now?"

Carter-"Uncle Ken I have no idea, been looking at houses in Japan, we're going to Cali next week".

Kenny-"Well I'm not at the show this week, but I can tell you that I had a call with TK and The Bucks about you, I won't get into detail that's for TK to tell you if he does call you".
