"Korra, I told Jinora about me seeing Asami leaving your room, she said Asami was with some random, so she didn't know it was you"

"What!? Did she tell her?" Korra asked

"knowing Jinora, no, she's going to tease her about you coming back before mentioning her sleeping with you" Kai laughed "trust, by tomorrow Asami well know"

"No, call her right now and tell her not to tell Asami anything"

"what? why?" Kai was confused

"it's for the best right now"

"what are you guys talking about?" Bolin came in

"nothing" Korra said

"..ok?" Bolin raised a brow "Mako and Iroh are downstairs waiting for us, they got a rental car"

-later in the day-

Kai and his friends went to a mini golf and pub place.

"so, any kids coming soon?" Bolin ask Kai who was taking his time trying to get the ball into the hole

"I don't know, we talked about it" Kai shrugged "she doesn't want to"

"really?" Korra was surprised

"yeah, something about it being selfish to bring a kid into this fucked up world" Kai said

"what about what you want?" Iroh asked

"I want a kid or 2... who knows maybe they're the ones that'll fix the world" Kai chuckled "at the same time, I'm scared of being a dad"

"hey, when I found out that I was going to be a dad, I was scared at first, but its pretty easy" Mako shrugged

"well, not to sound like an asshole, but you don't live with your daughter, lets ask Asami and see if she gives the same answer" Bolin crossed his arms

"wait, you don't help Asami?" Korra questioned

"w-what I do... especially when Yasuko was a new born, I changed plenty of diapers" Mako pointed out "and I would have days with her"

"That's it?" Kai questioned

"Well, I don't know what else to do, Asami is very protective, and I think she's trying to prove a point like she can do it on her own" Mako said

"I think it has to do with her dad" Bolin said "Knowing her she's probably trying to prove her dad she can handle it on her own... since Hiroshi doesn't want to hand over the company to her unless she's married because she won't do it alone"

"Bolin, do you just know everything?" Iroh asked "first the whole thing with Korra and now this?"

"hey I'm easy to talk to"Bolin smiled

"wait, what whole thing about me?" Korra questioned

"You're practically rolling in money" Kai said

"Bo!" Korra looked at him in disbelief

"hey, it's not like you can hide that forever" Bolin said as he walked up to his ball since it was his turn

"can I borrow 1,000 dollars?" Mako asked

"no"

"worth a shot" He shrugged

"why didn't you tell us?" Kai asked

"I don't know, I mean, its something I'm still getting use to" Korra shrugged "Going from foster home to foster home and then living with my uncle, money wasn't something we have the next day... once I turned 18 I had to open a bank account because if I had cash my uncle would take it from me saying its for the family... when I opened the account and gave all my info, I was there for like an hour after just for a lawyer to show up.. turns out my parents already set up a thing where once I open an account and they're no longer here, everything gets transferred to me..." Korra said "what was I supposed to say? I literally woke up loaded with money..."
