[3rd December 2022, Coimbatore]
Jerema - I want to be in a house far away from the city surrounded by trees, fresh air, calm atmosphere and there should be a lake near to it where I can go for a walk whenever I want.
Vibin - oh! So, only you are going to be in that house?
Jerema - Not without you and your sister.
Vibin - Do you really mean it?
Jerema - How many times will you ask the same question? Wherever we go, we should not leave your sister until we find a groom for her.
Vibin - How can you be so positive on this? No one wants to marry a girl who lost both her legs in an accident. I lost my hope on her marriage.
Jerema - You found me right. Likewise, someone in the Earth will be there for her.
[December 2023]
Jerema moves to Chennai to a different company for a higher package. The Manager introduces her to the team members - Lekha (senior developer 1), Giri (senior developer 2) and Roshan (Developer). Since then, Jerema learnt the process from her team and started to contribute.
[2nd February 2024, in the office]
Giri - Jerema failed to update the ticket yesterday. So, we won't get any update today and the client team went to an event, and they will return on 10th February and we have to wait for them to return to continue the work.
Lekha - That's a mess. We can't say this as an excuse to them once they return.
Giri - She knows about this right? How come she can be so careless.
Lekha - Yeah, she's careless. Even she missed to fix a bug and now it is in production. We must complain this to the Manager.
[Roshan was observing their conversation. He then called Jerema to come to their place and Jerema arrives]
Roshan - Giri and Lekha. Now tell everything you discussed to her.
Giri - What we discussed? We were not discussing anything related to her.
Roshan - You were discussing about her carelessness right. Tell her directly. There's absolutely no use in gossiping at the back. We have to tell the mistake of the person to them and not at the back. We have to give them a chance to correct them.
Lekha - Man alright! It's fine. We will discuss with her.
Giri - Wondering how Roshan thinks like this. But this is how a work Environment will be. And I can easily judge a person in the way they behave and work.
Roshan - Yeah it will be like this. But at least we should not be like that among us. And I believe you are not an expert in psychology to judge a person with the way they behave and work and if your seniors had thought in that way, then you wouldn't be able to develop your career.
Lekha - Chill guys. Let's end it here.
[5th December 2022, Jerema and Vibin meets near Jerema's office]
Vibin - Shall we go to home or are you waiting for someone?
Jerema - I ordered a burger and waiting for it. Can you see those girls playing volleyball? I think they are amateur. Their technique is wrong. If they play like that, then there is a high chance of gaining wrist pain.
Vibin - Did you tell them?
Jerema - Why should I? I don't even know them before.
Vibin - oh then, you will gossip about a person whom you don't know. But you won't correct their mistake. There is no use in gossiping at the back. Even tough if it is a stranger and if they commit a mistake, I strongly believe that it is right to help them in correcting the mistake. Now I am going to order another burger, and, in the meantime, you are going to help the girls in correcting their technique.
