"Hey, angel, wait up" The ravenette stepped forward, cutting off the blonde's path with a determined look.
"What do you want, Hyunjin?" The younger exhaled a weary sigh, attempting to move past, but the taller held his ground.
"You" Hyunjin's voice...
Hyunjin laughed as he stepped out, then peered back through the window. “You sure you don’t want to come inside?”
Minho shook his head. “Nah, it’d be awkward. I’ll come visit another time”
Hyunjin tilted his head. “They’re actually really nice and friendly yk”
Minho sighed as his fingers tapped restlessly against the wheel. “It’s not about that. They used to be my friends, but... we don’t talk anymore. I hope you understand”
Hyunjin blinked, surprised, then nodded slowly. “I get it. See you tomorrow, hyung”
Minho gave him a small smile and started the car before giving a small wave. “See you”
Hyunjin stood there and stared at the fading taillights of the car before turning around to find Jisung, standing a few feet away like a frozen popsicle with his mouth wide open.
“Jisung, what are you doing here?” he asked while taking a few steps closer.
“Is that… Lee Minho?” the brunette asked, still in a daze.
Hyunjin nodded. “Yeah”
Jisung’s eyes went even wider, and he shook his head, clearly in disbelief. “Do you realize what that is??? Oh my god, my son is so lucky to have you!”
Before Hyunjin could even process what was happening, Jisung was suddenly pulling him into a tight hug. “I knew it! You two are perfect for each other! I can’t believe Lee Minho actually talked to you, and even let you inside his car! This is huge, Hyunjin! I’m freaking out!” Jisung was practically jumping in excitement, holding him so tight Hyunjin was starting to feel a little suffocated.
Hyunjin blinked, looking completely lost. “What are you talking about, and why are you here?” He glanced around. “Are you by yourself? Or is Fe—”
Before he could finish, Jisung sighed dramatically and shook his head. “No, he didn’t come”
Hyunjin frowned sadly.
Jisung looked at him seriously and patted his shoulder. “You need to do one thing, Hyunjin. Get yourself a house and invite him over”
Hyunjin opened his mouth to say something, but before he could, Seungmin’s voice rang out from the entrance. “Hyunjin, why are you standing out here? Who’s tha—” He froze mid sentence in shock.
Jisung shuffled his feet impatiently before letting out an exaggerated scoff as he stomped towards the door and shoved Seungmin aside. “Move, bitch, I’m starving. Feed me, already!”
Seungmin rolled his eyes. “Were you starving the whole way here?”
Jisung plopped down on the couch and patted the spot beside him with a grin. “Hyunjin, come here. I’ll show you the photos and videos I got of Felix”
Hyunjin moved to sit next to him almost instantly.
Seungmin watched them both with his arms crossed. “I thought you didn’t want anyone getting close to Felix. What’s the sudden change?”
Jisung didn’t look up from his phone and leaned back casually on the couch. “Because I finally found the perfect man for him” he said, tossing his phone at Hyunjin. “Here’s his number. Save it”
Hyunjin’s eyes went wide. “Damn, thanks”
Seungmin glanced over at the two, then headed for the kitchen. “Yah, help me out!”
Jisung groaned but reluctantly stood up, dragging himself towards the kitchen. “I swear, you’re worse than my mom”
