The Avengers survive Thanos and his attack, creating a new program called 'The Junior Empowered, Mutated, And Superhuman Division' or JEMS for short. This program is open to any child or under age persons who wish to seek help from any anomaly they've encountered, or superhuman abilities they've gained.
Kudos to Peter as he was the blue print for the program, now teenagers all over New York get help from the Avengers and others that work along side them.
Kadia Abel seeks out aid in this program only to find a problem much bigger than she planned.
