Deep within the mountains,
A lonely wolf sings
Her stark silver coat glows
Under the watchful moon
And curious little stars.
She's in her own league
None can compare
To her celestial soul
And yet her markings,
The markings of a god
Stay hidden from the doubtful.
One true friend stands beside
This magnificent beast.
His faith in her stronger
Than even the mightiest warrior,
His love brings forth her victory.
And although they depart
He will not forget his goddess,
As he paints and spreads the word
Of her powerfully regal existence,
He knows
He'll bask in her presence once more.

Disclaimer: The poetry is my original work.
A/N: I wrote all of the following poems in 2019-2021. I unfortunately no longer have the exact dates of all the them, however I do have the time and dates of when I turned them into graphics. I had shared them, as graphics, on Tumblr and a now deleted Instagram account - so that's why the date are all weird.
So, thank you so much for taking the time to read them. 😊

Her Inner Voice
PoetryChildren are meant to be seen, not heard - Was something she had often been told, and the adults around her often discussed this too. They'd leer down at her, their eyes hard and their hearts lacking empathy. And she took it to heart.
