The moon hung low in the sky, its silver light casting long shadows through the dense canopy of Nightshade. Eclipse, a NightWing with scales that shimmered like the night sky, stood on a high branch, her eyes closed as she whispered the words of her vision. The air was thick with the scent of blooming night flowers, but her mind was elsewhere, caught in the grip of a foreboding darkness.

Below her, the forest was alive with the nocturnal creatures of Nightshade, a hidden continent known only to the NightWings. Eclipse's visions had always been a gift, but tonight, they brought a warning that chilled her to her core. She saw a darkness, not just the absence of light, but a consuming void threatening to engulf the world she knew.

"Eclipse?" A voice broke her concentration. It was Sable, a MudWing whose curiosity had led him to Nightshade through a hidden portal. He had been searching for a rare herb to save his sister, only to find himself imprisoned by the wary NightWings. Eclipse had intervened, sensing his noble intentions, and now he stood below, looking up at her with concern.

"I saw something," Eclipse said, her voice barely above a whisper. "A darkness, unlike anything before. It's coming for us, for all of us."

Sable nodded, his earthy brown scales reflecting the moonlight. "We need to tell the others," he suggested, his voice steady despite the unsettling news.

As they made their way to the NightWing council, they were intercepted by Mara, a SkyWing whose fiery scales seemed to glow in the night. She had followed signs she believed were omens, leading her to Nightshade. "What's this about darkness?" she demanded, her wings flaring slightly, showing both her curiosity and her impatience.

Eclipse explained her vision, the darkness, and the threat of Nyx, a dragon from another dimension seeking to plunge the world into eternal night. Mara, despite her usual skepticism, listened intently. "If this darkness is real," she said, "we need to act. Together."

The council, comprised of the NightWing leaders, was skeptical, fearing Eclipse's visions might be influenced by external forces. However, the urgency in her voice, coupled with the presence of Sable and Mara, swayed them. They agreed to explore this threat further, forming an alliance with Eclipse, Sable, and Mara at its core.

Their journey began that very night. As they ventured deeper into Nightshade, they encountered other tribes, like the Eclipse Dragons, whose powers were tied to celestial events, and the Comet Dragons, known for their speed and agility. Each tribe added to their strength, but time was of the essence.

Eclipse's visions grew more vivid with each passing night, the darkness encroaching closer. The trio, now a small army, prepared for the inevitable confrontation. They knew that under the light of the next supermoon, Eclipse's powers would peak, offering them their best chance to thwart Nyx's invasion.

With the group standing at the edge of a clearing, the moon rising above them, its light revealing the silhouettes of approaching shadows. The battle for Nightshade, and perhaps Pyrrhia itself, was about to begin.
