I woke up by somebody shouting.
"Where the hell is this?!" I groaned and sat up.
"Shut up you-oh." It was the guy I saved yesterday. I ran out the door to Ella.
"You have to come, like, right now. He woke up." I said in one breath. She chuckled and walked up the stairs calmly while my nerves were all over the place. How can she be so calm?!
She's a werewolf. She was with her pack before she came, Idiot. She had a dad.
Said my inner voice. It's so mean. She enetered my room only to see the guy almost breaking my window with a book.
"Hey!" I yelled. He stopped doing what he was doing to look at me for a second, and i was mesmerized. His eyer were a beautiful shade of Greysih blue. We continued staring at each other until Ella cleared her throat, pulling us out of our trance.
"Please stop hitting on the window with the book, we'll explain what happened to you." She said. He looked at the window, at the book, then at Ella. After some hesitation, he put the book on the floor and sat on the sofa.
"Okay." He simply said. Ella nodded at me and we both sat down on the bed.
"Well?" He said, impatiently. I glared at him a little, which seemed to surprise him for some reason. I cleared my throat and started talking.
"Well, i was at the forest, fixing something when i saw you leaning against the Cherry Blossom tree's trunk. I dragged you home and you slept on my bed. How you even came here, i have no idea." And i finsished. He looke at me like i'm crazy, which i assure you, i am.
"Do you have any questions? You're looking at me like a grew two more heads." I said, rasing an eyebrow. He nodded his head and showered me with questions.
"Where am i? How long was i asleep? Why were you on the sofa? Where is this tree? Who are your neighbors? What city am i in? What're your names? Who're your fathers?" He asked. I looked at him witha blank face, while Ella loked amused at his panic.
He continued asking more questions, which cause my eyes to twitch in annoyance. It's a habit.
"Calm down, okay?" I yelled. That seemed to do the trick because he shut up.
"Okay so you're in my house, you were asleep since yesterday, i was sleeping on the sofa because you were sleeping on my bed, my name is Lisa and her name is Ella." I said, skipping most of the questions.
"You didn't answer most of the questions you know." He replied, raising an eyebrow.
"Well then. You ask only 2 more questions and I'll answer them, and then it's my turn." I said. He looked straight at my eye, then nodded.
"Who're your fathers? And what city am i in?" Why did he have to ask these questions?! I looked at Ella with worried eyes, but she looked calm as hell.
What was I supposed to do?
After some thoughts, I decided to tell him the truth.
"Look, don't get frightened, okay?" I asked. He nodded without hesitation.
"This is a forest. A magical one to be exact. l have no idea how you came here, but i also have no idea how you will get out of here." I declared. I didn't dare look up, afraid of what his reaction would be.
"Wait, don't tell me you're Lisa Smith?" I looked up at him fast, with my eyes wide open. I'm surprised I didn't break my neck. But how did he know me?
A million emotions were swiriling in my mind, but happiness was the most powerful. I can finally get out of here and meet people. Meet real sorceres, and powerful ones, hopefully. And I'll be able to meet my family. Just the thought of meeting my sister sent exciting thoughts to my mind. But then again, if I do meet her, I'll meet my parents. Which doesn't make me too happy.
Back to the topic, I completly forgot the boy was sitting in front of my. I cleared my throat and spoke up.
"Yes. May i know your name and how you know about me?" I asked in a semi-professional voice.
"I'm Daniel Williams. I think that probably explains everything." I stared at him and spaced out, thinking of all the books i read about the Magic Kingdom. From what i read, Daniel Williams is the son of the owner of Williams & Co, the most succesful company in the Kingdom. They have many connections with the Royals, especially the King. Which probably means he knows everything...about me.
I started jumping in the bed, doing a little happy dance. He might know how to get us out of here! I could hear Ella laughing at me, but I didn't mind. I was too busy dreaming about how my life would be back there.
Stop, Lisa.
I immediatly stopped. It definitely wasn't me, or my inner voice. I looked at Ella to see if she was the one who said it out loud. She looked at me with an emotionless face, which i know is simply a mask to not show how happy she is. I frowned, who was it if it wasn't either me or Ella?
I looked at Daniel, who was staring at the window. Nah.
And then i remembered why i was so happy, and jumped off the bed and started jumping around Daniel. He looked amused, a good sign. When i got tired, i sat next to him, crossing my fingers.
"Will you please help me out of here? Please?" I begged. He stared at my eyes, his beautiful eyes narrowing more and more by the second. I was getting really worried he won't agree.
"What do i get out of this if i do agree?" He asked. I squealed a little, I have a chance!
"Anything! Anything you want!"
He stared at me. He simply stared.
"What would you say if I told you if you did come, you're going to be in great danger?" That surprised me. I'm in danger?
"What do you mean I'm in danger?" I felt my heartbeat pick up a bit. His response made me beyond happy.
"I can't tell you. Anyways, pack your bags, I'll take you back."
