Chapter 14

A knock at her bedroom door caught her attention.

At the same time someone next to her shuffled to get comfortable again. Korra's eyes widened. "Korra? You up?" She heard Bolin as he opened the door. Korra reacted covering the girl next to her

"Wait wait!" She panicked

"Oh shit" Bolin covered his eyes and turned around "I'm sorry, I didn't know you invited someone over last night... uh um, ah breakfast is ready, do you need me to serve them a plate?"

"N-no, it's ok, can you get out" she said worried that Bolin would see the girl

"Y-yea sorry" he shut the door

Once it was clear Korra went to wake up the girl. "Asami? Asami wake up"

"Mmm" Asami hummed

"Asami, we need to figure out a way for you to get out of here" Korra whispered

Asami slowly opened her eyes realizing, for the very first time, she was in someone else's bed. She looked seeing the person "korra? What's going on?" She asked seeing the girl quickly putting on clothes and throwing Asami joggers and a shirt

"Bolin's home"

Asami's eyes widened. She quickly got up putting on her bra and the shirt Korra gave her. She looked for her panties but couldn't find them. "um, Korra.."

"The small top drawer, there should be a new pack" Korra already knew what Asami needed.

Asami opened the pack of boxers and put on a pair "oh, comfy" she was surprised

"Yes yes, now put some pants on" Korra said and Asami went back to focusing.

Korra peeped her head out her bedroom door to look for Bolin. He was already seated at the table with his back towards Korra.

"Ok, I'm going to talk to him and you go for the door" Korra said and was about to leave till Asami grabbed her arm

"Wait" Asami said "about last night" which Korra didn't remember anything "is it true?"

Korra raised a brow "is what true?" She was confused

Asami realized Korra was drunk last night, and drank past her limit, she probably forgot a lot about what was said.

"Nothing" Asami said

Korra can sense something was wrong. She closed the door and looked at Asami. "What's going on?"

"Y-you said you were...in love with me" Asami got out and Korra's eyes widened "is it true?"

"I.." she sighed "you're perfect, I just.. I can't right now" Korra said

"Please talk to me"

"It's just, you're with Mako, I don't want to put you in that situation" Korra said "you just need to figure out what you want for yourself"

"And if I want you?"

Korra was surprised with that question "well, I'm gonna have to say that I'm not ready"

"But you said you were the other day"

"Yeah, before I found out you had a boyfriend, and were lying to me" Korra said "now can we just focus on getting you out of here?"

"Right" Asami said taking everything Korra said into consideration

Korra walked down the hall, seeing Bolin had made 3 plates of food.

"Bolin, you didn't have to serve her, she's leaving" she said trying to keep the attention on her so Asami can sneak around him and leave through the door

"Please I don't mind" he smiled "Besides, she has a lot of explaining to do" he said

Korra was confused. Seeing that his eyes were only on her.

"Isn't that right Asami?"
