Evelyn is a stern but kind woman. From what is known, she always avoided Cal and sometimes Serena during their childhood years. But after he disappeared and her Mother died, she decided to at least try to form a bond with her younger siblings once again. When Serena returned from Camp Oasis, she got the news Cal was alive and she wanted to create a new bond with him. Especially knowing he's connected to Khonsu. Evelyn knew about his connection to Khonsu since his birth. Evelyn is one of the few Humans who can see things that normal humans can't. She had promised Khonsu not to tell her Mother about what she saw until Cal had gone to college and went silent.
