"Good. It's crucial that you stay focused. Distractions could lead to mistakes, and I won't tolerate failure." His tone was unwavering, reminding me just how high the stakes were.

"I understand, Mr. Levi. I'll be meticulous," I promised.

"Make sure you are. We can't afford to take any risks, especially not with something this powerful Mrs. (Y/n)". He paused, then added, "I'll oversee the first few trials. We'll work together until you prove you can handle this on your own."

I felt a surge of gratitude and determination. "Thank you, Mr. Levi. I won't let you down."

"Just keep your head clear and your priorities straight. Now, gather your materials and start preparing. I want to see progress, not just talk."

With that, he turned, his focus already shifting to the tasks ahead. I followed, a renewed sense of purpose igniting within me. If I was going to succeed, I knew I had to match his relentless determination every step of the way.

As I walked behind him, I spotted Seiji and Hana engaged in conversation. They both stopped mid-sentence to watch Levi and me approach. Seiji looked at me, eager to hear how the meeting had gone, while Hana stared at Levi, clearly mesmerized.

Levi halted in his tracks, his expression shifting to one of annoyance as he caught Hana's gaze. "What are you staring at?" he snapped, his tone sharp enough to cut through the tension.

Hana quickly straightened, flustered. "I—I wasn't staring! Just... admiring the progress you've made."

"Admiring, huh?" Levi replied, his voice laced with skepticism. "You'd do well to focus on your own tasks instead of daydreaming."

Seiji cleared his throat, trying to diffuse the situation. "So, how did it go? Did you get what you needed?" he asked, glancing between us.

I stepped forward, eager to share the news. "Yes! We're moving forward with the project. Mr. Levi has agreed to help oversee the first trials."

"Is that so?" Seiji's eyes brightened. "That sounds promising!"

"Promising, but also risky," Levi interjected, his gaze still fixed on Hana then to Seiji and I. "We can't afford any mistakes. You'll all need to stay on your toes."

Hana nodded, finally breaking her gaze from him. "Right! We'll make sure to stay focused."

"Good. Now get back to work," Levi commanded, his demeanor shifting back to business. "I expect progress reports. Don't waste my time."

As he resumed walking, I followed closely, holding a mix of emotions. More importantly, I felt proud of myself for all the hard work, dedication, and accomplishments I had made so far. With the help of my husband and Hana by my side, I felt like anything was possible. My eyes wandered back to Levi, taking in his features up close. He was undeniably handsome, with an air of confidence that was both intimidating and inspiring.

Levi glanced back at me, his expression unreadable. "Stop staring. We don't have time for distractions."

I quickly averted my gaze, feeling a flush of embarrassment. "Right, sorry."

"Focus on the tasks ahead. You've got a lot to prove," he said, his tone a mix of encouragement and challenge. "I expect you to give it your all."

"I will," I replied, my resolve strengthening. "I won't let you down."

As we reached the front of the building, a black limousine pulled up in front of us. I watched as the driver stepped out and recognized my brother-in-law, Eren Yeager. The younger brother of my husband, Seiji, Eren had an energy about him that was both infectious and intense.
