Marshall carried me out of the castle and was flying me back to the land of Aaa,
"Thanks for saving me out there," I smiled,
"No prob, always fun to save a damsel in distress," he teased
"I wasn't in distress!" I said punching him in the arm,
"Then why didn't you save yourself, Fifi?"
"Ugh," I said crossly,
"C'mon Fifi, lighten up," he laughed
"Dude, don't call me that,"
"C'mon Fifi, I'll show you something," he said, I just sighed.
He flew us to a grave yard, at this point the sun was setting.
"Wow Marshall, for a place full of dead people this place isn't so bad,"
"Isn't so bad? C'mon Fionna in this light this place is beautiful," I smiled in
agreement "Just like you," he whispered under his breath,
"Huh?" I asked,
"Nothing," He replied, lightly blushing
"Marshall, are you blushing?"
"That's stupid Fifi, vampires don't blush,"
"We'll then why are you going red?" I said, poking his cheek
He sighed "Well I guess this is a better time then ever to tell you,"
I tiled my head in confuzzlement
"Fionna, you know how we're friends right?" I nodded
"And that I'm always flirting with you, but just as a joke right," I nodded again
"Well," he sighed, scratching the back of his head, "what if I wasn't joking? What if when I did it I actually wanted to go somewhere?" I was speechless, I just sat there, he sighed again
"Fifi, I know you never take it seriously but I really like you and I just wanted to know if we were ever gonna go somewhere or if it'll just be one vicious cycle,"
I didn't know what to say. I stood up, brushed myself off and ran, i ran as fast as I could. One I got back home I stood at the door way in front of cake, huffing and puffing, completely out of breath.
"What happened?"
"Marshall Lee, he, uh, he likes me," I said in between heavy breaths
"And?" She asked
"And I think I like him," I started grinning from ear to ear,
