" What's there to Worry Sanjana ? "  Dr. Avishka Sinha asked in a no interest voice still reading the patient's file. Well of course it isn't a big deal in hospitals.

" Okay you do his general checkup and prepare for the first aid. I'm coming" Avishka said wrapping up her piles of files scattered on the table. But Sanjana's next words made her freeze.

" Mam, This time Sir is critical. He's shot. Probably we need to do a surgery". Avishka snapped her head in nurse's direction.

" The heck " She whispered and kept the collected files on the table with a thud and hurriedly went towards the door. It sure was an emergency.

" Let's Go. Fast. Move" She said and fled away in a speed with the nurse following her.

The Nurse led her to the emergency ward. Avishka entered inside and there was the man, surrounded by the medical team treating the blood oozing out of his abdominal area and some other wounds.

His Police Uniform was soaked in blood yet the three stars shone proudly at his slumped shoulders. The bright four golden discs on his chest were painted red by blood still told his untold acts of bravery. Unconscious yet His face, stained with blood had peace of some unexplained victory. His aura screamed "Warrior".

A nurse handed her the report of general check ups before surgery. She read the name which outshined proudly. The name known by every Citizen of Banglore. The name loved and feared by everyone.

'INSPECTOR EKAKSH SINGH RAO'

" Where's his Chest X-Ray for inspecting his lungs report ? " Avishka questioned the interns and one graduate doctor in his mid thirties present in the team.

" Arey Madam uski zaroorat nahi hai. Baki sab sahi hai naa. Itna kon hi dekhta hai gaon mai " The doctor spoke. Avishka sharply looked at him making him awkward.

(Tchh, madam who even care about such details in a village. Rest all is okay. This isn't required)

" Baat gaon sheher ki nahi hai. It's about patient's health. We can't take such risks. Kisi ki jaan ka sawal ho sakta hai. I want his report in next 20 minutes. Do it fast, we have to remove the bullet " Avishka said in a authoritative voice checking Ekaksh's first aid thoroughly. Her sharp keen wide hazel eyes searching for any inaccuracy. Finding none she adjusted his oxygen mask and attached oxymeter to his finger to which the glucose fluid drip was already attached.
