32.Why is it the same?

The coin that disappeared must have disrupted the illusion, the flower they could see few moments ago started to flicker and disappear too.

"What now?" Ming Yue was clearly annoyed.

"Can't we have something easy for once?" she continued with the same annoyance.

YiJun heard her; it was time that she understands certain aspects of life. He turned towards her and made her turn towards him; Ming Yue was startled by this,

"Yue'er please hear me out" YiJun chose to call her Yue'er that meant he was terribly serious; it was like he was going to say something that Ming Hao or Gao Rang should have said in the situation like this.

She just looked at him with her cute eyes which widened slightly like buttons and came back to normal when she grasped the seriousness in YiJun's tone.

"I am not trying to scare you, nor I am trying to scold you but it has always been like this for us. It was never easy. From the age of fifteen until now we are presented with numerous surprises wherever we go. We have encountered so many things that we often think that we know every trap in the world but we are always proved wrong. There are complicated traps everywhere waiting for us to fall into them. When Ming Yue heard Yijun's words it felt like Ming Hao was telling her these things but in gentler way; also she felt the last line quite familiar. Saving you will save me this is what her master has told her the first day they had an encounter. She felt like she was carrying the burden of so many lives. Her shoulders tensed a little.

YiJun noticed this, he didn't want to burden her he was sure she must have remembered her masters words too.

"Don't get too much burdened, I am here. I will not go down easily; I will make sure nothing goes wrong and even if it does let's make it simpler for you." YiJun said smiling gently.

"What you mean by that?" Ming Yue asked confused.

"Let me free you from protecting my life, you just need to focus on Ming Hao and you." YiJun gave a little squeeze to her shoulder reassuring her.

"Do you think this will make me feel less burdened? My brother and brother Rang will skin me alive if I don't bring you back." Ming Yue said nervously.

"They won't, don't worry and who said I am not going back? Let's just search the stupid flower, take it and go back, simple." YiJun was still holding on to her shoulder.

"You make it sound like; it's as easy as to have a cup of tea." Ming Yue was still tensed but she managed to smile a little.

"We can do it Yue'er" YiJun reassured her again.

"Yes 'buddy' we can do it." Ming Yue was now smiling widely. With YiJun around her she felt more relaxed. He has gone through so much all these years, he managed to survive, just because he is with her will not make much difference to him. Fighting side by side with him for two times she has understood one thing, they have natural understanding during fights.

"Now what shall we do?" Ming Yue asked composing herself.

YiJun lifted his hand from her shoulder but he still kept holding her other hand. Ming Yue didn't mind at all.
