Minho was about to puke.

He was sure today was going to present the perfect opportunity for him to select a song and start working on a choreography for the competition, but his boss seemed to have a different idea. Once Jisung left his place, he received a call of plea, the final resort to saving the reputation of his beloved cafe.

In a haste, the manager expressed his deepest concern that Seungmin was working a morning shift, alone. An anomaly that could potentially cause world war 3, or so he said. Minho was this close to hanging up, but chose to show mercy to his boss; there was already 2 new complains on yelp. Along with that, he received a TikTok link which opened up to a video of Seungmin and some old lady arguing, throwing coffee beans at each other. Apparently, the lady boldly stated that Starbucks coffee was better and richer, and Minho has never seen Seungmin so passionate before. His face fumed red with anger, eyes wide as saucers, unattractively spitting as he debated her. The video was steadily receiving likes and shares, any PR teams living nightmare. Seriously, couldn't Seungmin practice half an ounce of customer service and not be a walking talking community hazard?

He called Jeongin to ask him if he could come in, but the younger said he was gross and sweaty and only half way through his work out. Before Minho could even feel surprised that Jeongin exercised (something he could only believe if he sees it himself), he heard a familiar scrawny voice of Hyunjin, and immediately hung up. Today carried too many surprises, he already felt tired.

and so in misery, he made his way to the workplace, half surprised the place hasn't burned down yet.

"Oh Minho, didn't know you were coming in today."

However, instead of a greeting, he was attacked. Minho swinging his purse aggressively. "Yah! 'Oh Minho' my ass!! Thanks to you I am here, I can't believe you're not fired yet! Why is the whole internet screaming bloody murder on your name, huh?!"

He couldn't believe the Youngers audacity when he looked at him blankly, as if he wasn't still sweeping the coffee beans, a direct evidence of his crimes. "What are you crying about?"

Minho pulls out the video the manager sent him, showing it to Seungmin who watched with an empty expression, but to his astonishment the dandy boys eyes soon sparkled. "Hyung, I'm famous." He looked excited, "Hold on, let me call my mom. She needs to know immediately."

Minho was sure he was about to blow up. "You criminal! This isn't something to be proud of!"

Halfway through Minho ripping Seungmins hair out, a customer walked in on the scene. He went unnoticed by the two until the sound of his laugh stopped them. Unknowingly, he just prevented Seungmins guaranteed death sentence.

"Glad to see you're energetic as ever, Minho-ah."

It was comical. Both boys turned their heads in slow-motion, one dazed and the other delighted.

"Chan!" Minho jumped in his spot, physically pushing away a frozen Seungmin who fell to the ground at the force. "What a surprise!"

Seungmin was left a little shocked, to say the least. he again was left asking the same question: "You have friends?"

"Why didn't you tell me you were coming? I could've picked you up." Minho was leaning over the counter talking to his childhood friend. A smile stretched out across his face and Seungmins evil deeds longs forgotten.

"I wanted to surprise you, duh." Chan smiled, his handsome face beaming with happiness just as much as Minhos was. Talk about two hot best friends. "I was shocked when I didn't find you at home or the studio. Had to chase you all around the town, but your face just now was so worth it."
