Chapter 3

Samantha's POV

It was finally end of school.

"Why do we even need math" Chloe groaned while looking at her math homeworks she was holding.

"It's just easy if you paid attention". I pointed out. "It's easy for you since your the schools 'smartest' kid". Jim said.

Ugh there we go again. "I AM NOT THE SCHOOLS SMARTEST KID". I screamed in annoyance as I walk away from them. "Come on Sam it was just a joke".Jim hollered. Whatever.

I finally saw the familiar mailbox as I was walking past different houses.

I opened my front door to be greeted by Ginger, my furry little cat. "Hey Ging do you miss me?" I asked Ginger as I pick him up and carry him to my room.

He meowed in response. Aww so cute. I set him down in my bed and removed my uniform. Yes I just remove my clothes like that since my parents are never home.

As I turn around I thought I heard a whistle but I was probably imagining things.

After I changed my clothes I saw it was already nine. Sheesh time flies fast. I decided to go to bed since I have a big day tomorrow.

After a while I still couldn't sleep since a little ginger ball is keep on disturbing me.

I picked him up and dropped him outside my bedroom door so he won't disturb me anymore.

I decided to get some water. I went down the stairs to see something I wasn't expecting to see...
