- We are back, Rara! - Screamed Gigi, kicking the front doors of the living compartment open. - We kicked some serious butt! You should've seen it!

First to enter the room was Gigi Murin, a Chaser for Justice, also known as Fister, as she self-proclaimed. Being the shortest of the bunch, it was to her advantage as she could easily reach speeds no one else could. Taking her orange hood off, she released her brown and light-blond hair tied in pigtails and a tall brown flock of stray hair. Underneath her loose strands, glistening pink irises decorated her face. Even though she had just come back from a mission, her orange jacket, white shirt, and paw-like boots were in pristine condition without a single stain.

- Ciao! Glad you are okay! - Shouted back Raora from inside of her room.

- Be a bit quieter, Gigi! Raora is streaming right now, so we shouldn't bother her.

Next to come in was Elizabeth, a leader and sword of Justice, as fearless as she is gorgeous and strong. Yet even if she is the strongest of the Justice members, her powerful voice is most often enough to break her enemies. Long, fluffy, crimson-red hairs covered her back and partially spilled over her delicate face, almost covering her red eyes. Her head was decorated with a black half-tiara on the left side and a long, falling-down flock of crimson hair. A short white cape with a red underlining covered her shoulders and arms. Underneath, she wears a white dress with a dark, see-through fabric extending from her sternum to around her neck. A small azure-colored flame endlessly smoldered from the top of her chest yet didn't hurt or ruin her clothes. Tallest out of the four girls making her Justice team, her dress extended gradually around her waist well to her heels with two layers of white and dark wine-colored material covering her left leg entirely. The right leg, not to be outdone, decorated itself with a white thigh-long sock. Regrettably, her admirable choice of clothes was ruined by a sea of rainbow gelatin that spilled on her during the mission.

- Yeah, be a bit considered, you gremlin. - Scoffed at her, Cecilia. - Anyway, why do you always chase criminals into goo factories? Can't you corner them in any other place?

After her came Cecilia Immergreen, an automaton from ancient times made to serve Justice. Nowadays, she serves only herself and does what she feels is right. Her head is nicely decorated with white, short hair, a light-green strand in front, and a wind-up key on top. A white-gold collar with a red shawl around her neck fits perfectly with her green eyes. She is wearing a white shirt with a green corset, two disconnected white sleeves around her arms, and a beautiful, wide, short green skirt adorned with golden musical notes on a sheet. Sadly, a massive vat of green gel ruined her outfit, spilling its contents on her during the mission.

- First of all, it was a gummy bear factory, not goo, and second, it's not my fault you are so slow and get all sticky. I'm hungry!

- I need a bath first... - Sighed Elizabeth. - I will cook something later.

- Same. It will take me hours to clean myself... - Said Cecilia.

- You guys are so stupid. Just be faster. Haha!

With such a low-stakes situation, it was even refreshing to hear Gigi's jokes. All three of them shared a laugh before separating to take care of their own businesses.
From the white, spacious entrance hall, their headquarters split into two different main parts and a staircase to the newly built garage under the floating fortress. Straight ahead of the entrance was their intelligence room, which, unfortunately for this story, is still top secret.
The living compartment was less of a mystery. Coming from the door, you enter a living room with an open kitchen to the right behind a corner. A small, round coffee table in the middle of the room, surrounded by two armchairs and a sofa on the opposing side. At the other end, the room opens with a glass wall to a terrace with more chairs to relax.
To the left and right, two corridors split the place into four rooms. The right side housed Gigi's and Cecilia's rooms, which explains why that side has more substantial, more expansive walls with far thicker insulation... Raora's and Elizabeth's rooms are on the left side, with extra insulation so the Queen doesn't bother anyone during her often karaoke.
Each room had its own bathroom and walk-in closets since it was their base of operation and home. Yet structural planning in some places could have been better. For example, Elizabeth's bathroom was just a thin wall away from the living room, making it almost impossible for her to relax appropriately.
Some time has passed as Justice members have occupied themselves. Gigi is rummaging through the kitchen for snacks, Raora is still streaming in peace, and Cecilia is doing her best to take as much gelatin out of her circuits as possible. Yet, this household can only be peaceful for a short time.
A thick fog arose in the cave of marble delight. From it, a dark silhouette appeared, towering above its unsuspecting foe. The presence of unimaginable beauty was accompanied by an unmistakable feeling of unbreakable resolve and power.

- Tremble before my might, you foolish soul who dares to oppose me! For it is I, a harbinger of order! Embodiment of righteousness! Leader of Justice! Scarlet Queen Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame! Muahahaha! - She exclaimed outwards, squeezing tightly a black and blue rubber duck in her embrace.

Yet, her peaceful, bubbled bath lasted no longer than usual, which was very short. Soon, shouting and screaming around the house became so loud that it wasn't ignorable anymore.

- Liz! Gigi stole my arm again! - Complained loudly, Cecilia.

- I need it for a second! It's not my fault you keep all the cookies on the top shelf! - Defended herself, Gigi.

- Use your own arms for it! Or grow taller! - Quickly retorted Cecilia with anger.

- But using yours is so much funnier. Haha!

Knowing she could not stop them, Elizabeth sank into her bath. Maybe things will resolve themselves? Maybe, just maybe, if she can ignore them for a bit longer, it will all go away... Glass shattering and drywall crumbling echoed through the house.

- Hey! Stop it! - She shouted in response.

- Liz! Cecilia is using her spear indoors! - Now Gigi asked for Elizabeth's support.

- Stop moving, and there won't be more damage! - Threatened her angry Cecilia.

- Maybe you should aim better then! - Laughed orange gremlin.

But the other member couldn't ignore their banter for much longer. Excusing herself from the stream, the Big Cat came to the kitchen to quell the shouting.

- Basta! Finito! Cosa vi prende? What's wrong with you two? Stop it now! - Shouted Raora.

Long, wavy, pink hairs and cat ears adorned her. Always wearing her goggles just in case she needs them and a beret with magical properties... Some say she turns invisible without her hat, but that's just a rumor. However, she still never takes it off. Beneath her hair, a long, fluffy, stripped pink tail stood straight with its hair rustled. Golden eyes suited her puffy face well, and her tiny nose and delicate lips made a beautiful composition.
She wears a loose pink jacket with many black belts attached to adjust the slack as needed. Underneath, she wears a sleeveless, white, leathery body suit with a collar and a golden brooch containing a small sapphire. The suit opens with a dark, comfortable material to make room for her chest, with the red lines on the sides. Right underneath, another set of black belts with a red and black underline encompassed her waist. While she is the second shortest, she has exceptionally long, firm legs covered by white, mid-thigh-high pantyhose held up by a belt or a suspender.

- Sorry Raora... - Said Cecilia remorsefully.

- Be quieter, and let me do my job! - Angry, but the big cat was used to them and never held a grudge for too long. - And stop bothering Liz! Let her have her practice date in peace!

- Hey! - Shout from the bathroom roared through the floor.

- Sorry. Practice intel-gathering!

With the sound of quiet laughter, embarrassed Elizabeth sunk entirely in her bubble bath. While they had fun, the budget was solely on her head. Cars, renovations, repairs, food, acrylic stands, plushies... If not for her burning heart and strong personality, she would already start to grow gray hairs. They once had an accountant whose work was to look after it, but the poor soul went crazy and tried to rob a grocery store with a banana... Due to his dangerous work and long service, he was released soon after he was sane again and took indefinite health leave.
Later in the day, when Cecilia and Gigi went on with their day and streams, Raora and Elizabeth had time to talk in peace. Sitting in the living room, the girls enjoyed their beverages; hot chocolate for the Queen and coffee for Mamma. Since they joined HoloLive, their schedules have been mismatched, so every time they catch up in peace, it is a celebration on its own. Talk about their days and weeks, laughing and sharing their experiences or confiding their feelings.

- Thank you for your help. You know, it means a lot to us that, even though you wanted to be a full-time idol, you are still helping us here and there... - Said Elizabeth.

- Of course! We are a family. How could I throw away my gift, even worse, if I abandoned my sisters. - Replied Raora.

- I know, I know. We support you fully. Living a double life is challenging enough, but being a part of Justice may make it even more complicated...

- I appreciate it, but I think you are worrying too much, Liz.

- Am I? Maybe you are right... Just thinking about all the adventures we've been on, all the criminals we caught, and every close call we had...

- We've been through a lot... and I wouldn't had it any other way. - Raora continued with uneasiness in her voice after a short sip of the coffee. - Actually, I wanted to talk to you about something. It's been bothering me for a while now.

- Yeah. Shoot away.

- I've been having this weird dream lately... Everything is black, and I cannot see anything except a pair of eyes watching me. Glowing, yellow orbs with a, umm... red crossfire mark on them...

- So? - Asked Elizabeth.

- Although there are many different "eye" powers, I never seen those before... And I cannot see the owner, no matter how much I try...

- Hmm... It does sound troubling, but if you cannot see them, that should mean they aren't bad, right?

- Not exactly. To escape the "God's Eyes" you would have to be entirely pure, not done or destined to commit crimes. I'm afraid we might be dealing with someone very dangerous... - Explained Raora.

- Or not at all. We just joined HoloLive, a massive organization with many unique branches and quirky creatures. You know that. You met the shinigami-in-training herself, haha.

- Maybe you are right, haha.

- Also, maybe it was just that, a dream. It's not like you have to dream up the criminals we catch.

Wanting Raora to feel a bit better, Liz tried to rationalize the situation, but she knew it could be dangerous. Studying the extent of this organization, Advent being a part of it, HoloLive had a few shady sectors that weren't fully accessible to others. She did all she could to learn as much as possible but still needed more time...
Unfortunately, that resource was something they didn't have enough of. After a bit of soft laughter, power went out in Justice headquarters. Not thinking much about it, Elizabeth went to check on the fuse box, leaving Raora in the living room alone for a while.
The silence of the empty room didn't accompany her for too long, though. As the power was out, Gigi and Cecilia, unable to stream, came by to see what was happening. With their laughter and friendly banter, the uneasiness of the situation quickly dispersed.
A few minutes passed on friendly chatter until Elizabeth returned from the electrical room.

- All the fuses are fine... Guess it's just a wider black-out.

- I might as well get comfortable until the power is back...

Saying that, Cecilia had jumped over the couch and sat next to Raora. At the exact moment, a bullet shattered their glass wall and struck the green automaton in the side of her head. Being as durable as she was, her head only bumped a little from the impact as the bullet bounced further into the room and landed at the coffee table in the middle.

- Oh, no, you didn't! - Screamed Gigi and leaped out of the terrace, brandishing her bronze, mechanical gauntlets.

- Gigi! Don't! - Shouted Elizabeth after her, but she was already gone.

- Are you okay, Cece? - Asked Raora, visibly shaken.

- Yeah... Just a tiny bump.

Due to her ancient technology and design, she was highly durable. Still, to anyone else, this shot could be a threat. It was instantly apparent that she wasn't the primary target of this shot, but Raora.
Analyzing the bullet, it was an armor-piercing sniper round with a strange enchantment enabling it to break past their defensive barrier. Shots like this cannot be reliably silenced. It being entirely noiseless means the shooter must've been further away than the sound could travel, not to mention their base was high in the sky, making it that much more challenging to hit with such precision... Elizabeth realized it all quickly but couldn't stop Gigi before she started her pointless chase. She had to wonder how long she would run for until she finally decided to come back?
Yet, the bullet had one more surprise for Justice members. After it cooled off, the cap popped open, and a small piece of paper fell out.

"Welcome to HoloLive!
We hope you enjoy every second of being a part of the family! We are so glad you joined us and happy you are settling in quickly and well.

That being said, all of us have a reason to be here. Please don't let your emotions get the better of you, and enjoy your stay! <3"

- What the frick is that? - Exclaimed Elizabeth.

Although the message was warm and welcoming, it was a direct threat to The Justice. The shot was blocked by a sheer stroke of luck, but as cruel as it sounds, it wasn't meant to hurt anyone permanently. It was a warning shot.
Elizabeth tried to analyze the message closely to avoid getting ahead of herself: "...all of us have a reason to be here... don't let your emotions get the better of you..." Being a part of HoloLive is a means to observe/catch Advent. Still, ultimately, their aim is to bring criminals to Justice. Was Advent bothering someone? Or was it their extended scope of duty that was the problem?
No matter the answer, no one dares to harm anyone from Justice, especially not the pink cat. As Elizabeth thought more and more about this situation, the room started to fill with the familiar blue glow. Although she appeared calm and composed outside, the flames of her rage still managed to escape her heart.

- Liz. Please, calm down. - Asked quietly Cecilia.

- What? - Like she was in a trance, Elizabeth was snapped back into reality, and the glow disappeared.

- We are all angry, but let's not burn down the headquarters again...

- You are right... Are you all right, Raora?

To which she didn't reply. Being on a mission and dealing with dangers is one thing, but being ambushed in your own home, in a place where you always felt safe, is something on an entirely different level.
To their surprise, Gigi returned moments later, holding something in her hand.

- That damn parrot got away... All I got is this pink feather.

- You are back already, Gigi?

- Yeah! She made me run quite a bit, but I almost got her. - Said Gigi without any signs of being tired in her voice.

- That's impressive. I thought it would be too far, even for you. -Replied impressed Elizabeth.

- Nothing is too far for me, ms. Burning carpet.

- Oh, shoot. - With that remark, Elizabeth realized that a part of the red carpet had caught on fire, so she had to stomp it out.

- That feather... It's not a parrot, Gigi; it's from a hawk. - Said Cecilia.

- Hawk, you say? - Asked Elizabeth.

- So what? Hawk, parrot, chicken, same thing. We need to catch and beat it up!

- I didn't say we wouldn't do that, but first, we need to know who it belongs to. - Said Elizabeth.

- Let Rara draw it, and the problem will be solved!

- Gigi... Let's talk about it tomorrow... I think Raora needs some rest first. - Said Cecilia, trying to extinguish her zeal.

While it was pretty late at night, it wasn't unexpected that the girls had trouble sleeping tonight. Gigi had a short sensitivity lesson from Cecilia, and Elizabeth stayed with Raora until she felt calmer and fell asleep.
But the night was far from over for her. Leading Justice is more than managing their budget, finding missions, coordinating their efforts... taking care of them, and going on diplomatic missions, even if alone. Once the girls were sound asleep, against her better judgment, she snuck out. It wasn't an official Justice business, so a few strings had to be pulled. However, resolving conflicts before they escalated was well worth the investment.

[...]

- Huh? What's going on? - Alone in his cell, a strange noise and rustling in the corridor woke him up.

Rustled, with short brown hair, tired blue eyes, and prison pajamas, he wasn't impressive. Short and thin like a twig with no unique features, the perfect person to go in and get ignored.

- Being honest, before, I didn't care about your justifications for your actions or your pleas. Whatever you had to do, there were better ways to go about it than breaking into a bank and taking people hostage. - Elizabeth came out of the shadow and stood right before the bars of his cell. - But now... Now you have my full, undivided attention.

- I didn't care about your attention then, nor do I now. Let me sleep.

- Well, let me tell you your options now. Before, it was a break-in and taking people hostage. I'm sure you will get a few comfy years in here for that, but you will be out sooner or later.

- It must be nice to live in a so black-and-white world. I'm sure underpaid officers here will protect me... - Said the prisoner sarcastically.

- I'm sure they will do their best... Anyway, the situation has changed. I need the name of your employer.

- Employer? What if it was my own idea?

- DON'T!... - She yelled as the blue flames exploded from within her, but she quickly regained her composure and extinguished them. - Don't play dumb with me... Until I find the person responsible for the attack, you will be trialed as a part of it. I will personally make sure you will get a life sentence.

- You really came to the wrong place for that information. I was told to break in, set some stuff on fire, make it look like an accident, and go out. You three made it a lot harder, and whether I get life or silenced here makes no difference. If I knew the name of my employer, I would gladly throw them under the bus, but I don't... Yet, I'm pretty sure I will meet them sooner rather than later.

- Hmm... That might actually work for me. - Said Elizabeth.

- What!? I didn't mean it! I don't want to die! Are you mad!?

- And here I was, thinking I was talking to a hardened criminal. - Smiling, she threw her hair back and, imitating his voice perfectly, continued. - Yet, I'm just a big baby!

- Wait, how did you...?

- I'm a lot more than meets the eye. Anyway, you will be safe here from the demons chasing you... I can't really guarantee you will do well in prison, though. I guess that's the lesson you will need to learn alone.

Showing him a thumbs up, Elizabeth left from the view as he was left in his cell, wondering what just happened...
For Elizabeth, it went all according to the plan. Of course, he wouldn't know any names, but whether he was a throw-away or someone who had to be taken care of was important. His tone of voice, how he speaks, and his mannerisms are all valuable information if you want to imitate someone. Now, all she needed was a stage to finish the play.
Making her way towards an abandoned warehouse in the port, she pulled out the phone she had taken from the jail and called "Big Man". Surprisingly, he didn't use a burner and kept the contacts, but it played well into her plan...

- ~ Boss! I need help! ~ - Said Elizabeth, imitating the captured criminal effortlessly.

- Billy... God fucking damned, why are you calling me?

- ~ I escaped the jail. I think I lost the tail but need help, a place to hide or something. ~

- ... - Silence, with an audible sigh after a long pause. - Police is the least of your worries. You screwed up... There is nothing I can do.

- ~ Don't say that! ~ - Yelled Liz, entering the warehouse. Looking around, she saw it was empty except for some wooden crates. Perfect, she thought to herself. - ~ Anything! Just get me a place to hide. ~

- Listen, you called me from your phone... No matter how secure you think it is, it's not safe enough. You are fine since we are still talking, but know this: She is on her way. Goodbye.

- ~ No! Please! Wait! ~ - But the call ended. - All right! Now we wait... - Said calmly, as she jumped onto a beam near the roof and threw the phone down.

Luckily for Elizabeth, she didn't need to wait for long. Breaking into a high-security jail to "take care of business" and leaving without a scene was problematic, but as soon as "he" stepped out, they acted swiftly.
A dark, hooded silhouette walked in, wearing a pair of white eyes on her hood and a mask containing the same enormous eyes. She was covered by a tightly fastened black jacket, exposing only her hands and torn nylon pantyhose. She moved swiftly and silently, wearing high dark boots on big red wedges. Although her outfit was supposed to hide her identity, it was obvious who she was if you knew where to look for information. Looking around, puzzled, she delved deeper into the dimly lit warehouse, expecting an easy job... nothing could be more incorrect.

- Chloe-senpai! - Said Elizabeth with excitement. - How nice it is that you joined me.

Startled, she wasn't expecting anyone else but her target, yet made a sound, fast decision to put her guard up.
Elizabeth threw herself at her, drawing her sword in the blink of an eye. It was an enormous semi-mechanical sword with a red blade, and she wielded it like it weighed nothing. Stopped by Chloe's daggers, they ended up face to face, centimeters apart.

- Many questions must be going through your head right now. Why is she here? Why is my kouhai attacking me? Was this a set-up? - She continued casually as if she wasn't in the middle of a duel. - I wish I had time to explain it all, but just as your "secret society", I need to keep a few secrets to my own. - She winked to highlight the sentence and, with an unimaginable force, swung her blade, releasing flames all around her and throwing Chloe out through the front doors.

Hungry for fuel, flames spread fast through the dry, old building as Elizabeth tried to restrain herself. Walking slowly towards the entrance, the bright glow of the embers started to change colors. A light azure hue filled the docks. Tired from the internal fight, she stepped out of the blazing inferno behind her, dragging her sword. Standing before the confused but wary Chloe, she thrust the blade into the concrete and leaned on it.

- Chasing after your syndicate is not something I was interested in. Even more, I was encouraged to let it slip as the damage was deemed to be minimal... But sometimes, life has different plans. She straightened herself as the flames raged violently behind her. - No one, and I mean NO ONE, dares lift a finger on my team!

Elizabeth shouted, pointing the tip of her sword at Chloe. The blue flames of her anger broke through the roof, rapidly devouring the building.

- What are you talking about? I don't know anything about it. - Replied Chloe.

- I know you don't, but since you are here, could you pass a message?

- What's the message?

- We are coming for you.

- Coming for... - But before she could finish, Elizabeth locked her in another clash of weapons.

Pushing on her like a raging ox, Chloe had nowhere to go, cornered between Elizabeth and the deep waters of the docks, but if she left this cling, she would get hurt bad. Closer and closer, as her feet slid on the concrete, maybe she had a chance of escape if she could stand this pressure a bit longer, but it wasn't her decision in the end.
Pushing harder and harder, Elizabeth finally broke their clutch, grabbed her shirt, and threw Chloe over her head, bringing her closer to the burning warehouse.

- Sorry. Can't have you leave yet, rabbit.

- What do you mean? - Spoke Chloe in between panting. - I got the message, so doesn't that mean I should go deliver it?

Her question was met with silence, however, as Elizabeth started to charge at her once again. "No use", she thought to herself, quickly springing back on her feet and dodging the deadly, blazing-hot blade of the sword. At this moment, Chloe should realize that she was, in fact, a part of that message.
Dashing away and looking around for a way to escape, she only saw the crimson of her eyes. Left, Elizabeth was there, ready to slice her in half. Right, she was there with a lunge of the blade. Middle, the sword cut through the concrete like melted butter coming upwards toward her face. The only place that seemed the safest was the burning skeleton of the warehouse that stood there minutes ago.
There was nothing she could do. Elizabeth was already there with another strike, no matter what she planned to do. Dodging and weaving between flames and steel without any chance to block, she was doing fine. Surprisingly, compared to Elizabeth, who looked increasingly tired with each swing.
However, it wasn't the fight that was tiring Elizabeth, but her effort to contain her flame. The element that treats everyone equally will devour everything if left unchecked for too long. This situation was much more troublesome because it feeds exceptionally well on rage and passion...
Fighting enemy or not, she didn't want to hurt Chloe, but setting boundaries was also very important right now. Since they were new to HoloLive, no one knew what they were capable of, so a little taste wouldn't hurt in establishing their position. Unfortunately, this "war" will let everyone know more than they want to show...
Sirens of the emergency services started to roar through the city, but the closer they got, the less of them could be heard. "Something is stopping them from getting too close, but what?" It was something Chloe wanted to know. The longer their fight took, the slower Elizabeth's attacks were, letting her think and formulate her thoughts better.
With another swing, Chloe finally found her opening. Elizabeth slipped during a swing, so she squeezed between her legs towards the water. Standing up, she decided to book it and get as far away from her as possible.

- Look out! - Shouted Iroha, falling onto Chloe from above and shoving her to the ground before lying beside her.

Just in time because, on purpose or by accident, Elizabeth swung her blade towards them, releasing a gigantic wave of azure flames. As it flew past their heads, much air was burned to feed the flames, making them struggle to breathe, but the heat passed them too fast to cause any harm. Yet, at the latter stage, where the flames started to slow down and spread above the water's surface, the liquid began to boil and evaporate rapidly.
Short, delicate-looking, yet with perfect posture, ready to go at any moment, Iroha showed up at the ideal moment to help her friend. Working in the same organization, it was easy to connect names to looks. Short blonde hair tied with a golden-and-green ribbon and bright aquamarine eyes, always smiling, she didn't look threatening, but that would be your last mistake.
Covered by a skin-colored cloth with a darker green mixture of clouds and mist and an aquamarine outline at the edges. Tightly wrapped white material around her torso, with two vertical strips transitioning from aquamarine to yellow and back to the previous. All that tied in the waist with a buckle of two circles in her colors and golden vices, with two small bells hanging down on long red threads. She wore a short, dark aquamarine and black skirt with the same markings as her cover, legs covered by white nylon pantyhose, and traditional wooden sandals on her feet.
While she was an expert swordswoman, wearing her long katana on her back, Elizabeth had an advantage if they fought. By design, swords were made for extended combat, while katanas were made to quickly end the fight, but that doesn't mean their weapons would clash even once, no matter how long they would fight.

- Thanks. - Said Chloe, gasping for air.

- Iroha-senpai! I'm so glad you could join us! I was getting tired of holding back. Two against one should be more fair for you.

- I'm not here to fight you. I'm here to extract Chloe.

- Oh... I heard so much about your swordsmanship that I wanted to see it myself. - Said disappointed Elizabeth.

- Not now. This is enough chaos for one day. - Said Iroha courageously, yet gripping hard on her katana, just in case.

- That's fair. I got my point across.

Taking her sword on the shoulder, she turned away and slowly walked towards the city as the dawn finally broke the nightly sky. Exposing your back to the enemy might not be the brightest idea. Still, the mental factor of not being afraid of them enough is what she was going for.
With the emergency services resumed and trying to quench the blue inferno in the dock she left behind, Elizabeth wondered...
We might have "God's Eyes" on our team, but in the end, Justice is blind; no matter who you are, it will get to you. People ask if they could take down Advent, but rarely does anyone ever ask if they should. The girls are victims of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. While yes, they escaped the prison, but were they imprisoned rightfully? Is having the potential for great evil enough of a reason to take over your life? All they want to do is to live on their own.
Hiring crooks, taking people hostage, causing property damage to the city and people, and, of course, their questionable way of delivering letters... Not even gods can stop the war about to unfold, and, once again, it all happened because someone was at the wrong place, at the wrong time.
It was supposed to be a typical Monday. Elizabeth was going to the bank with Cecilia to make a deposit on account of the newly bought car and garage building, to end up in the middle of this mess. Then Gigi saw us running through the city and, since she was bored, decided to tag along... Guess she won't be bored for the foreseeable future, thought Elizabeth.
Still mad about the situation, but with adrenaline wearing off, Elizabeth started to feel drowsy. Getting back to her room seemingly unnoticed, she set her alarm for a bit later than usual and slowly drifted away. Waking up several hours later to the usual high-volume banter and laughter coming from the kitchen.
With a massive headache, ringing ears, and painful blinking, she finally dragged herself off the bed. She left for the living room, where she was greeted by Raora.

- Good morning, Liz. Someone must've had a nice dream to oversleep so much

- Good morning... - She replied, yawning widely. - I'm sorry.

- No worries. - Smiled Raora sipping on her espresso. - I made you coffee, but I'm afraid it's cold already.

- It's okay, thank you. - Said Elizabeth, picking up the cup from the table and warming it up a little in her hands.

Even though last evening was quite eventful, from the looks of it, everything was back to normal.

- By the way... There was this strange blue fire that started in the docks tonight. I suppose you don't know anything about it?

- I... Umm... Eckhh... - Almost choking on her drink, Elizabeth didn't know how to respond. She doesn't usually act recklessly,

which was a bit embarrassing.

- Thank you. - With gratitude and a wide, warm smile, Raora thanked her. - I take it that you know who we are up against.

- Yes. I'm sorry, but your retirement has to wait a bit since we will have a lot of work from now on...

- Of course. Haha. Wouldn't have it any other way!
