After that day, we became casual. I can't name it literally as 'friends' but he often notice me in our classroom at minsan nga ay nag i-insist pa sy'ang sumama sa'kin papuntang canteen.

I don't even thought of something like that before because my first impression about him is that he's masungit and a cold hearted one but this sudden flip of his personality made me really shocked about his true self.

Malayong-malayo sa pag aakala kong masungit nga sya at cold, he's more like easy to be with, carefree and a very clingy one. I didn't know by getting close to him after that day would make me allowed to observe and unlocked more of his hidden personality that no one could ever noticed.

I didn't stop him from doing that but trust me I keep on reminding him na he shouldn't stick with me around, lalo na maraming nagkakagusto sa kanya. Baka awayin pa ako ng mga babae nya. Nako!

"Napapansin ko Iris huh, mukhang close na kayo ni crushiecakes ko!" pabirong sabi sa'kin ni Addi.

We're currently in my room watching netflix while eating junk foods and bowl of cold ice cream.

"Hindi naman ah." sabi ko.

"Gaga, a lot of people says maybe you had a thing with him na. They sometimes saw you both in the canteen together daw eh." she said.

Napakamot naman ako sa batok ko, mga tao nga naman lately.

"They can say whatever they wanted to but trust me Addi, we aren't close or something like that. It's him who preferred on following me around, pinagsasabihan ko nga eh." paliwanag ko.

"Baka naman bet ka nun, Iris?" pang-aasar nya pa.

"Malabo, ang pogi nun para magkagusto sa isang tulad kong baduy." sabi ko habang hindi lumilingon sa kanya.

"Eh, what if lang naman.." she murmured.

"Kahit na, I won't believe." sabi ko. Napasinghap naman sya kaya naman natawa nalang ako ng bahagya ng makitang wala na sy'ang maisagot sa sinabi ko.

After spending some time together with Addi, bumaba na rin kami para makapaghapunan na.

It's already 7pm in the evening at dito ko nalang din pinakain si Addi bago ko sya tuluyang ihatid sa kanila.

"Kumusta naman pag-aaral nyo, Addi?" paninimula ni mama.

"Okay lang naman po tita, we're currently working on our research na po." she said.

"Okay that's good to hear, kailan exam nyo?" tanong ulit ni mama.

"Im not sure tita, they didn't announce an exact date for examination day pa eh." she replied while wearing a small smile in her lips.

Ako naman ay tahimik lang na nakikinig sa kanilang dalawa habang kumakain.

"How about you, Iris? Is there any progress?" she turned her gaze at me.

"Yeah, same with Addi ma. Patapos na rin kami sa research, i-papa check ko nalang yung ibang parts na nagawa tas conduct na lang ng surveys." I explained.

"That's good to know.." tanging nasabi nya nalang na pakiramdam ko naman ay hindi pa s'ya gaano ka satisfied, I can feel my emotions starting to heat up again so I gently exit the table.

"Tapos na'ko, I'll be there sa living room. Sabihan mo nalang ako kapag tapos kana, Addi." I said without looking at them, I didn't even wait for them to reply.

Naupo naman ako sa sofa at bahagyang hinihilot iyong sintido ko, I even put my earpods on so that I could calm myself by listening with my favorite songs.
