Chapter 1

He wears such color that suits every morning and every night. "Oh! He's friends with Soobin-hyung?" I whispered. Soobin-hyung is the son of one of the admins in K-University, the university where we study. But why do I not see him? That gave me a sudden thought.

But while checking his posts, I received a notification that shocked me through my core. "He followed back?!" I softly shouted. He has around over 20 thousand followers and yet he followed me back who just randomly followed him. I don't know how to act but then..

@ynjnchoi: why are you still up?

HE TEXTED ME. I don't know if he acts this way but.. WHAT? I was slightly panicking like, I'm having weird overthinks and what-ifs. But I mean, maybe if I talk with him, I might get sleepy.

@bmzgyu: I can't sleep, obviously. Who are you?

I look dumb for replying that way. I followed him and then I don't know him? I mean I really don't but it's just give-it-a-shot-you-never-know thing. I was chuckling secretly as I saw how quickly he replied.

@ynjnchoi: you followed me yet you don't know? you're weird.

Wow. Just how I thought. But isn't it too offending to be called, 'weird'? But I don't really care. It's actually been a while that I'm talking to someone at this hour.

@bmzgyu: Sorry. You study at K-Univ. but I barely see you, you introvert?

@ynjnchoi: I'm an ENFP. I barely go to freshmen and 1st-2nd years faculty. But you can see me sometimes at the gym when there is a game happening.

@bmzgyu: Oh! Thats why I don't see you. You're also friends with Soobin-hyung, right?

@ynjnchoi: Yeah. You close with him?

@bmzgyu: Not really but when I see him we do chat a little. Sorry for being talkative, I want to sleep since me and my friends are going out tomorrow.

I now kind of feel bad because what if he's busy and I'm here bugging him? I sighed and moved to the other side of my bed waiting for his response. And his response just suddenly automatically made me smile.

@ynjnchoi: Don't be sorry, I'm always ready to listen for you. You can tell me anything until you're sleepy. I'm interested in your story, where are you going tomorrow?

@bmzgyu: Thank you, I feel happy with your words. We're going at the university's garden at 10. We might just have some coffee and study since we have many things to do at Monday. Addition we have physical education at 12 a.m.. it's too hot.

@ynjnchoi: you'll be fine. you will also see us at you physical education class since seniors would also participate at the 1st-2nd years class.

And we talked.. and talked.. and talked.. but while waiting for his response, I didn't expect for me to sleep. Yes. I accidentally slept because he wasn't responding for 10 minutes so I thought he might be busy or already sleeping so as I closed my eyes, I've fallen asleep. I mean, it's literally 11:29 that time.

જ⁀➴ TIME SKIP - 8:09 A.M

"Beomgyu, wake up!" Kai kept shaking me while I was sleeping. "It's early.." I groaned as I rolled at my bed. "It's already 8:09, Gyu. If you didn't wake up any sooner your favorite coffee shop will open at 9 and your limited time favorite pastry is going to be sold today." And with Taehyun's word, I jumped at my bed and locked eyes with him. "Blueberry cheesecake?!" I shouted and him and Kai just nodded, slowly like mocking me.

I quickly managed my bed and went to rush for my clothes and immediately went to the bathroom. I can literally hear the two of them laugh at me. I mean, I literally forgot they serve blueberry cheesecake every Saturday! I quickly took a warm shower, brushed my teeth and did a quick skincare. Gotta keep my face clean always.

As I finished, I immediately went to my phone. "Whats the rush Gyu?" Kai snickered. "Yeah, 8:47. Let's go?" I didn't answered his question and already told them to go at the university. They just nodded and grabbed their bags. I put on a dash of perfume and went to get my bag.

As we went out, I locked my condo and went straight at the parking lot. We'll be using Taehyun's car for now. It's a 20 minute ride so we'll catch up. As we entered I immediately went to connect my phone at the radio to play some songs.

"Play our favorite Gyu! Live while we're young by One Direction!" Kai then suggested which I quickly agreed. I opened my Apple Music and played Live While We're Young by One Direction.

Before we moved, Taehyun rolled down his windows and started the car. As soon as Taehyun's car moved, the song already played.

"Yeah, we'll be doing what we do, Just pretending that we're cool and we know it too!" the three of us sang. We just sang the rest of the lyrics, enjoying the fresh breeze we're feeling and then went on our way to K-University.

જ⁀➴ TIME SKIP - 9:14 A.M

Good thing we arrived very early. Taehyun parked his car near the entrance of the coffee shop so we won't walk that much. As we left, we took a breather because it was very windy. The trees nearby the shop danced within the winds giving it such a calming vibe.

We entered not that long enough and luckily there were not that much customers. Ah, the fresh smell of coffee and pastries. The three of us looked at their menu checking for any new releases and one thing just caught my eye. Blueberry Cheesecake. "What you guys want?" I asked with a smile. "Don't smile like that, it reminds me of you being inlove once again." Kai then expressed a disgusted face. My smile quickly faded making him laugh. "Just kidding. I want to try the Chocolate cream cold brew and a croissant." he then gave me his payment for his order. I looked at Taehyun gesturing him for what he wants. "Iced caramel macchiato and the glazed donut." Like Kai, he gave me his payment. "The two of you find a seat, I'll order." I said to them which they nodded to.

As I lined, I said our order. I got Iced white chocolate mocha and of course, blueberry cheesecake. I then paid afterwards and grabbed the pastries we got. Because of the smell, my stomach quickly grumbled. I was too focused on the smell that I accidentally bumped into someone. "Sorr-" that smell. It was that smell who gave me comfort that night.

I looked into someone and . . . huh?

"Sorry." It was . . . Soobin-hyung? "Oh Beomgyu! Its you!" he greeted which made me get out of my thoughts. "Soobin-hyung! Sorry, are you with.." Oh shoot, I forgot the name. "Yeonjun? Ah yes, he's at his car, he said he'll follow me. I'll order then, sorry for bumping you!" he said which I just nodded.

It can't be him, it's not the voice that told me everything. But that smell... Maybe he just have the same perfume with him . . .
