A starry night gives way to an Executor-class Super Star Destroyer descending into the atmosphere of Raxus Secundus, lazily drifting past a sprawling circular city towards an immense pit lined with machinery and torches, hungrily opening wide and awaiting its next meal as a mongrel glaring up at hunk of meat. At the border between the city and the pit sits a gate between them with a sign that reads "Raxulon scrapworks", myriad workshops situated along the path; some operated by a single individual, others worked by scores of employees. Entering through the gate was a Human, her curled red hair running down either side of her head. Her skin was dark as a kiss from the night sky, interspersed with patches of vitiligo all over her slender body, some concealed by a red sequin dress. And the sun, not to be left behind, gave her face a gentle glow with her demure smile... Though, the glow was likely because of the lights from the workstations.
She glanced side to side, examining each work station before stopping at one manned by an insectoid, bipedal alien with large eyes, just about to remove a tarp from some kind of large machine, but stopping to look at the Human when she gave a wave, clicking his mandibles together before speaking.
Alien; "Tikakash of the Delstee hive! This One was worried you had skipped town."
The end of his sentence was followed by a couple further clicks of his mandibles, Kash letting out a soft chuckle.
Kash; "You can just call me Kash, Sizaro, we've been over this."
Sizaro shrugged his shoulders as he went back to the tarp, preparing to pull it off once again.
Sizaro; "This One suffers from habit, yes... But not idleness."
He removes the tarp to reveal a Droideka standing at its full height, the spherical underbelly opened up to reveal the internals, the blasters on either arm replaced by four-pronged claws, each concealing a blaster in the palm. Kash gasped quietly when she saw this, a hand over her mouth.
Kash; "Kandosii'la... You did it, you crazy Verpine! That's incredible!"
Sizaro looked back at Kash with a smile, as best his mandibles could mimic as he knelt down to work on the internals.
Sizaro; "It wasn't easy, but This One is proud of his work. Might be This Ones best repair job since the days of the V-19s, yes."
Kash wandered around the front desk to get a closer look at the Droideka, lifting one of its arms to get a closer look at the concealed blaster.
Kash; "Original blaster, too? Gota'la, you thought of everything."
Sizaro got onto the ground on his back to work on the inner circuitry, an soldering iron in hand.
Sizaro; "The last part is being installed... This One could not find an original Destroyer Droid brain so... This One substituted with a Super Tactical Droid brain. To compensate, a new vocabulator was installed to let it speak. Otherwise, apart from requested modifications, all is there."
