for skills in the gacha, i first make a separate wheel that has the rarities and put the actual chances before spinning that wheel, after that if i were to get common, legend or epic i then make another wheel where everything is equal and put everything that can be gotten from that rarity, the new skills from part 4 is fully randomized. the Mythic skill from the start was not random, i just gave it)

(also im using japanese names because mc is literally living in japan and it takes place in japan, same as in inazuma as its just genshins japan. in nikke i dont have to use Japanese much i think)

Part 8 update:
