I joined my friends, and we talked about our plans for the day. We had tests in our respective classes, and we were all nervous. As we walked to our classrooms, I saw Joon Woo again. He was standing by the window, staring at me.

I felt a flutter in my chest. Why was he looking at me like that? I quickly looked away, trying to focus on my friends. But I could feel Joon Woo's eyes on me.

Just then, Beom Seok appeared by my side, his eyes narrowing at Joon Woo. "Hey, good luck on your test today!" he said, standing in front of me and blocking Joon Woo's view.

I smiled gratefully at Beom Seok. "Thanks, I'll need it," I replied.

Beom Seok nodded and turned to head to his own classroom. "I'll catch up with you later," he said.

I nodded and watched as he disappeared into the crowd. I took a deep breath and continued on to my own classroom, trying to shake off the feeling of being watched. Joon Woo was in a different class, and I wouldn't have to see him again until lunchtime.

I entered my classroom and found my seat, trying to focus on the test ahead. But I couldn't shake the feeling that Joon Woo's eyes were still on me, even from across the school.

I tried to focus on the test, but my mind kept wandering back to Joon Woo. Why was he looking at me like that? Did he feel sorry for me? Or was it something more?

I pushed the thoughts aside and concentrated on the questions in front of me. I needed to do well on this test, and I couldn't let Joon Woo distract me.

As the test ended and I walked out of the classroom, I felt a sense of relief. I had done my best, and now it was time to move on with my day.

I headed to the cafeteria to grab some lunch, scanning the room for Beom Seok. We always sat together, and I needed his friendly face to take my mind off Joon Woo.

But as I entered the cafeteria, I saw Joon Woo sitting alone at a table, staring at me again. I felt a shiver run down my spine. Why was he doing this?

I quickly spotted Beom Seok and made my way over to him, trying to avoid eye contact with Joon Woo. But I could feel his gaze on me, burning into my skin.

"Hey, how was your test?" Beom Seok asked, oblivious to the tension.

I forced a smile. "It was fine, thanks. How was yours?"

We chatted about our tests and our plans for the rest of the day, but I couldn't shake the feeling that Joon Woo was watching me, waiting for something.

As we finished our lunch and prepared to head to our next class, I saw Joon Woo get up from his table and start walking towards us. My heart skipped a beat as he approached.

"Hey, Eun Ae," he said, his voice low and serious. "Can I talk to you for a minute?"

I hesitated, unsure of what to say. But Beom Seok stepped in, his eyes narrowing. "What do you want, Joon Woo?" he asked, his tone protective.

Joon Woo ignored Beom Seok and kept his eyes on me. "I just wanted to ask you something," he said. "Can I walk with you to your next class?"

I felt a surge of anxiety. Why did he want to walk with me? And why was he being so persistent?

But before I could answer, Beom Seok stepped in again. "No, she doesn't need to—"

But I cut him off mid-sentence, my curiosity getting the better of me. "Actually, it's okay, Beom Seok. I'll walk with him."

Beom Seok raised an eyebrow, surprised by my sudden change of heart. "Eun Ae, are you sure?"

I nodded, feeling a sense of determination. I wanted to know why Joon Woo had suddenly left last night, and this was my chance to find out.
