Lunch, me and you?

HAERIN POV
I can't be late for work, Ms Lee will kill me if I'm not there in 3 minutes! Oh god I'm so dead
A few minutes later...
"I just got into the elevator, sweat dripping on my face with panic closing in on my head but then someone came and entered the elevator.. "Oh good morning Haerinnie" the brunette haired said. "O- oh m-morning Dani" "Late again I see?" She teased. I could feel my cheeks flare up with redness. Danielle unnie would tease me every time she had the chance but I didn't mind, it was actually kind of... I don't even know how to explain it.
I got back into my senses and then replied with a nonchalant yeah.

"Want to eat lunch with me?" Danielle said, I was looking at her and then the words just hit me in the face.. s-she wants to eat lunch with me!? I couldn't process the words being thrown at me, words were trying to escape my mouth and my cheeks were bright pink I was so lost in my thoughts and it was interrupted by Danielle. "Haerinnie are you ok? Ah your cheeks are so red, will you be ok with work today?
"Yeah don't worry about me unnie I'll be fine." Physically yes, mentally? I WAS SO SHY OMG. " O-oh ok then, get better Haerin."
Just thinking about that made me so shy but then I just realised...I'm 2 minutes late! Ms Lee is so strict with employees being late.

Skipping to lunch.

DANIELLE POV
It was time for lunch and I just finished my last document when I thought about what I said to Haerin and she looked so cute when she was just standing there thinking about what I had suggested.
I kind of knew she was flustered because of how rosy her cheeks were and oh my god my heart was beating so fast.

I've actually had a crush on her ever since I started working here. She said she's been there for a year and was still kind of relatively new but still was able to find her way around, she always helped me when I needed it and I'm so grateful for it. Only thing is I don't know if she likes me back... Oh Well

I started walking to Haerin's desk when I wanted to know about her answer. "Hey Haerinnie, y-you want to go for lunch? I asked, "Oh hey dani unnie ofc I'd love to get lunch with you, wanna go now?"
"Yeah let's gaur!"

I bought some bulgogi and Haerin got tteokbokki.
"Danielle unnie, why did you ask to get lunch with me?"
I just sat there, looking into her cat-like eyes. Thinking about what to answer with and then she quickly said" Hey Dani unnie you don't have to answer that I'm just glad you got lunch with me. A smile appeared on her face and I smiled back. 💭 she's so cute, Haerinnie will be the death of me. 💭

Me and Haerin leave work at the same time so we both see each other when we leave and it's always one or two responses. It's either a wave or a gentle nod. We were walking out chatting until it started raining heavily. Good thing I brought an umbrella " Umm Dani unnie?" " Yeah what's up kitty, u ok?" "I-I don't have an umbrella, is it ok if I can walk with you?"

My heart was pumping faster than it should be, I could feel it in my chest. My crush Kang Haerin wanted to walk with me, OMG. "Yes of course Haerinnie, you can stay at my apartment for the night if you want." I randomly suggested and I looked at Haerin, she was a blushing mess and then she blurted out, "y-yes please i-if that's o-ok"

We finally arrived at my apartment. " Haerin-ah let me get you some clothes you'll be more comfortable in and also it was pouring it down so you can shower if u want." "That would be great unnie thank you." Haerin replied

" Oh Haerin-ah, you hungry? I can order something. What would you like to eat?"
Haerin replied with" Anything is fine I don't mind, Thanks again dani unnie"
I just ordered some pizza and we talked about how work was but then I realised we had saur much in common, I'm so mad at myself for not getting to know her more,
💭 OMG Haerin, I want you to be mine already...💭
" Danielle unnie where can I sleep?" She asked, "Kitty you can sleep in my bed I don't mind" I replied with an ear to ear smile.

"A-actually c-can y-you s-sleep n-next t-to me tonight, i-if that's c-cool with y-you?"
