Start from the beginning

But they were proven wrong once they saw Katsuki Bakugou approach them and he was not alone, behind him was Shoto Todoroki.

The situation of Shoto Todoroki was different than his friend and sister, unlike them he would just stay alone and hidden, unlike Katsuki, he would just obey Tao.

He was not haunted by any ghost nor that he felt that it was all Izuku's fault, he knew what he had done and now he was facing the consequences.

While getting bullied by Tao he felt powerless just like how Izuku once felt, he felt like Izuku when every group in prison rejected him, people would whisper and snicker behind his back, avoiding him as he walked past them, he was Izuku of the prison.

So when he heard the old man offer his help at Katsuki, he joined his old friend. Sure he was still processing the consequences, but if the old man could help him in any way, he was up for it.

The old man looked at the boys, while his friends whispered among themselves, "So we now have two young men who want to see where they went wrong. Let's start with introductions, my name is Kon Hideko, and these are my friends, for your protection you will stay around them."

The boys looked at each other, and while Shoto had a look of guilt, Katsuki had a look of irritation, that's when Shoto spoke up, "It was after the few days of the check-up, Izuku was sitting in the corner not talking to anyone, we all knew the reason. Everyone was distant from him, days turned into weeks and years when the incident happened."

"None of us knew what exactly happened, but we were on a field trip to a farmhouse, our classmate had bought a hero card to show it to us, and later it went missing. After searching for some time, Izumi found it near Izuku's bag, the teachers told us that it may have fallen from our classmate's pocket, but the kids assumed it was Izuku who stole it."

"Izumi then told us various things about quirkless people and their history," Shoto was then interrupted by Kon who asked, "What things?"

He quickly answered, "Things such as years ago quirkless people used to ridicule those with quirks, and quirkless would often lead a violent life such as joining gangs since companies didn't hire the quirkless. "

"And did you ever check those statements or just took her word for it?" One of the old men interrogated, leading to the boys being silent, Kon then took note of it and told him to continue.

"Then she would ridicule start to Izuku, making sure he would 'stay in his place', one by one we all joined him, it was fun, we felt powerful w-"

"He was pathetic!" Katsuki interrupted loudly, this caught attention of the entire group, "He was so pathetic  and sissy that every fucking time we tried to show his place, the shitty nerd fucking stand right back up!! Shaking and squirming, its pissed me of SO MUCH! He thought HE WAS A GODDAMN-"

"A HERO?" The old man bellowed over him, standing right back up, "Do you still think you somehow right, BOY??!! A 15 year old killed himself because you, your friends and that villain made his life hell!!! Ever maybe thought, that you are somehow responsible for your own downfall?? Let me clear one thing, if I do not see progress in you, I will end this thing and won't even bat an eye over you. AM I CLEAR?"

Scared, the boys gave a slow nod, the old men calmed Kon down, he then informed the boys that the session was over but before they could leave, he asked them one question, "The boy's mother, did she ever say something to you children that led to more bullying to that kid?"

To which Todoroki answered, "I remember her telling us that All Might, Nighteye, and the HPSC were planning on training Izuku to make him the first quirkless pro hero. That just stoked our fire of hatred."

With that, the boys left, leaving Kon and his friends to themselves, all of them were thinking the same thing, and now they had a way to help the boys.

As they left, Katsuki pondered, it was right around the corner of his mind but it was there, but every time the nerd appeared in his mind, it pissed him off beyond reason.
