denice35 , I hope you have your sweet iced tea ready for this one. I rather think it is a doozy. Also, if you have not read any of it, Denice has written a story "Moving On".

Part 210 - Saturday December 21st

Sang's POV

When dinner was done, and I felt so full that I'm sure this dress hangs all wrong over my distended stomach, Owen instructed us it was time to go for our Family Concert. Kota helped me stand, by pulling my chair out for me. "Thank you." I said graciously, placing my hand softly on his arm. Nathan, behind me, gently ran his hand over my back, causing goose bumps to pop up where his fingers trailed.

From the corner of my eye, I saw one of the waiters was gawking at us. His mouth hung open as if he were in shock. I turned away from the waiter, not wanting to bring him to the attention of the guys and cause a scene. They all had matching looks of adoring smiles and they were all looking at me. With that, of course, I blushed and ducked my head slightly to the side.

Silas was quick to come around the table, place his arm around my shoulders and guide me toward the exit. Without saying a word, all my boys formed their protective diamond shape around me. Owen walked in front with Kota by his side. Flanking them slightly were Gabriel and Luke. I was behind them, in the middle, with Silas to one side of me, his arm around my shoulders and North was the other side of me, his hand holding mine. Just behind us were Nathan and Victor and at the very back was Sean.

Again, I was not surprised to see the look of lust come over the hostesses face as we were approaching the front. She was not overly obvious, like so many other women have been, but she did add a bit of sway to her hips as she walked to open the door for us. And she overly bat her eyelashes as she said, "thank you, come again." With a little too much purr in her voice for my liking.

I must have clenched the hand I had in North's because he stiffened and stepped slightly in front of me with a menacing stature. I wanted to tell him to "stand down, there isn't a threat to me, just an over flirtatious female admirer", but that would again cause a scene and none of my boys seemed to even notice her.

The limo was waiting for us at the front walk and the boys parted, like the Red Sea, allowing me to get in first. North climbed in right behind me, pulling me onto his lap sideways, Silas claimed my legs on his lap and Kota sat at my back, his hand lightly touching my skin. North buried his face in the crook of my neck, breathing in deeply and physically relaxing as he let out his breath.

"I am so full. A three course dinner is just too much for me. But it really was good. Thank you." I stated to no one in particular and everyone in general.

"Really Aggele? I was kind of hoping the concert might have snacks for us. I'm still hungry. Those fancy meals look appetizing, but they never fill me up."

"I could go for some snacks." Luke excitedly agreed.

"You both should have had the fruit. It would have filled you up more than sugar." North, need I say more? I just rolled my eyes at the guys bickering.

When we pulled up at a small building I was kind of confused. "We have some friends that own this small venue that we rented out for the night." Victor answered my unspoken question. It had a small sign that read 'Jazz House' above the door.

Luke took my hand as I climbed out of the limo and he led me into the building. It was a big room that had chairs placed in a semicircle in front of a stage that was about three feet off the ground. On the stage were an array of instruments. The grand piano was in the middle, a drum set was behind and to the right. Three guitars were on stands off the the left. There was a microphone on a stand in the center front. And I saw Owen's and my violins sitting on a bench off to the right. Looking at the stage made me remember why we were here. And my nerves caught up to me.
