This is an update of my work

Causality Quantitative and Qualitative Range of Signifiers and Definitions of the roles of Justice

Upon some reflection, as I understand it I am prosecuting the state and the state is presenting its arguments in its defence and seeking counterprosecution in the structure of the Supreme Court both of us thus involved in some offence and defence. Up till now I have focused mostly on my DEFENCE. My offencive tactics against the state are inclusive of defencive tactics to some degree in the sense that defending myself will aggress the arguments of the state beyond mere speculation but towards certitude in the obviation that the state has organized illegally.

IN any social interaction and indeed also in law and jurisprudence the analysis and application of any sense of Causality breaks down to (In an order to be preserved for consideration):

1) Relational potential options/resultants (contextual analysis),

2) Motivational relations, potentially malleable and psychomorphological in character, (causally dependent factors or inherently tacit in character else overt and obviated, has to do with assessive characteristics of desires, beliefs, attitudes, capacities and incentives potentially as well,

3) Antecedent relations, AND/as/with material initial causes,

4) Intentional causes, (willfulness of the sources interrelatably causing an event his relates to motivational relations ACTED upon, else if simply material and causal, bound up potential capacitative relations of a resultant)

5) Initiatiave present and emergent potential vs/and/with actual causes,

6) Controls on potential resultants,

7) Intercausal chains of events, and results.(intermediate causes and intermediary resultants),

8) (Consideration of) alteriarity of singular or multiple results ultimate causal structure,

9) effective results singular or and multiple,

10) Reframing of contexts, IE preserving a relation of assessive certitude or evoking potential new causal dynamics,

11) organizing/presencing of consequences (discernment's production as of the total production of a causality taxonomy invovling the following information:

Our basic taxonomy:

Category A

cause to effect(s) or effect(s) to cause,

Sets of categories: One to many

Category B: (in each line cause and effects are interchangable for another configuration).

One cause to MANY sets of singular effect One cause to MANY sets of multiple effects, One cause to one set of effect(s), One set of causes to one effect or sets of effect(s) One set of causes to MANY sets of intermediate or resultant effect or effects One set of causes to one set or MANY sets of multiple effects One set of causes to one set or MANY sets of singular effect
