Father / daughter training the raptors

Jaiden POV

My name is Jaiden Grady, I watched my dad as he was training the raptors. He nevers seems to trust me when I'm alone at his bungalow but I can understand why since I'm the only reason that actually caused what happened that night, yet dad's face made me laugh every time I thought about it. He's eyes were the size of basketballs, and mouth wide up to. . .them he grounded me, but hey funny is funny.

" Eye's on me!" Dad said as he got all four raptors attention, then he looked back at me "Come here Jaiden " he gently pushes me with his right hand with the blue bucket still in his left hand. I looked down at the raptors, who tilted there heads a little bit since they know I'm not their alpha but I always see them when dad always took me to them when I was a child. Turning around to face my dad, with the looked that said 'I really don't want to do this' face but he just gave me a reassuring smile and a kiss on the head saying "Just how I showed you the first time. " He said.

Smiling back I got my clicker out of my pocket, just if some of them lose focus. It was awesome working this close to dinosaurs, especially doing it with my dad since we never actually got to spend time together, Blue was the only who refused and started to fuss "Blue. . .Blue! " I shouted, she looked at me and growled, baring her teeth "Watch it! " I pointed my finger at her.

Then Charlie started to call out "Charlie, Hey! " She growled just like Blue "Don't give me that crap! Delta lock it up! " I waited for them to settle down "Good, and we're moving" Dad helped me walked over to a different rail, since I was busy with keeping the raptors attention to the clicker. "Good! That's just damn good " I said whispering the last part since I didn't want dad to hear it

Now it was his turn, he grabbed the blue bucket and called out to each of the raptors "See, Charlie? This is what you get " he said as he through the mouse at her " Echo there you go! Delta! " he did the same for the others, then finally it was Blue's turn " Blue. . . this one's for you." She jumped in the air and caught it eating it in one gulp.

Once they finished their little snacks, it was time for them to roam free in their cage "Hold!Eyes up!" He said as the four raptors got in there positions and got ready "And. . .go!" He waved his hand, letting them know that they could free roam.

Owens POV

"Nice job you two, you finally did it" Barry said with happiness and excitement in his voice

I looked back at Jaiden and smiled, then Barry came up and gave Jaiden a high five for doing a great job with them. "Nice job sweetheart" I said as I gave her a hug

"Thanks daddy, and besides I wouldn't have learn how to do it if it weren't for an awesome dad." She said as she kissed my cheek. She reminded me of her mother before she died of child birth, with the same skin, dark brown hair, but with my blue eyes, I vowed to myself that I would always protect her since she's my little princess.

"Owen!" I heard a male voice say, I turn and saw the person that I least wanted to see, Vic Hoskins. "I was starting to think that I hired the wrong guys, but damn you got them eating right out of you hands." He said sound impressed

"You came on a good day, not everyday is usually a happy one" I said while shaking his hand

"Is that why you haven't been sending in your reports?" He asked

"We've been busy." Barry said as he got a quick replay from Hoskins

"Busy with cashing in your pay checks?" Hoskins said as he poke Barrys stomach. I looked at Barry, then back at Jaiden who had her arms crossed and an annoyed looked on her face.

"What do need buddy?" I asked

"A field test" he said as he put a grin on his face. I on the other hand just rolled my eyes and grabbed Jaiden hand and walked away" I seen that they respond to command, we need to take that research and out it on its feet" he added

"Their wild animals Hoskins, trust us you don't want them in the field." Jaiden said as she starts to walked faster so we could get out of the conversation

Hoskins, now seeming desperate wasn't just gonna give up." I just saw a bond, a real bond between man and beast!" He said as he just walked right I'm front of us

Jaiden just seemed to get annoyed with him, second after second, "Your in our way." She said getting fed up with him.

"We're the same. We're dogs of war. And military are gonna have to reduce casualties. Some people think robots are the future." He said but we just walked passed him. And having to keep telling him that I wasn't gonna let him use my raptors out on the field we heard yelling

"Pig lose! Pig lose!" I look up at the railing above a saw a young boy, with the catcher for the pig. But Echo came by and dragged it out, also pulling in the boy. I stood there shock before I composed myself, pressed the button to open the gate and ran in there putting myself between the worker and the raptors.

"Dad!" Jaiden yelled from behind the gate as she watch me

"Oh no! Hold you fire! Put twelve amps in them and they'll never trust me again!" I said to the men who were aiming their guns at my raptors

"Blue. Blue stand down" she growled and jolted forward snapping her teeth at me"Hey, hey! What did I just say!" I put my other hand out to my left "Delta, I see you back up!"

"Charlie good . . .stay their" I said "close the gate." knowing that Barry had came in and took the worker out of the paddock

"Are you crazy!?" Barry said

"Just trust me" I said

"Close the gate!?" The worker said, still scared about what happened

I slowly started to walked backwards, still keep my eyes on them. And quickly rolled under the gate before it fully closed. Jaiden came up to me and gave me a giant, bone crushing hug "Never do that ever again, Dad" she said

I chuckled "I'm sorry sweetie, didn't mean to scare you like that." Then turn my attention back to the worker who was still laying down on the ground "Every thought way there was a job opening? " he looked back at the raptors which were growling at him through the bars "Never turn your back on the cage." I said to him.

I've been inspired again! I'm sorry for writing a new book, but I mean come on its 'Jurassic World' my favorite movie. And I hope you guys like the first chapter!
