यादें दफनाई गई, उम्मीद बिखेरी गई,
मंजिले कुछ थी और अंजाम कुछ और मिलते गए,
उलझने बढ़ती गईं, रिश्ते उलझते गए,
बात कुछ थी और इलज़ाम कुछ और लगाए गए।
वक्त बीतता गया, उम्र ढलती गई,
ख़्वाब कुछ और थे, ज़िम्मेदारी कुछ और सौंप गए।

Reasons obscured, in shadows keen...
Memories buried, hopes scattered wide,
Goals changed, with each tide...
Confusion rose, ties tangled tight,
Words mixed up, in the fading light...
Time slipped by, years drifted away, Dreams shifted, in life's sway...
